The lady at check-in upgraded our room, and the hotel's decor is very unique with a New Chinese style. Plus, there's free bottled water, which is a nice touch. The staff's attitude is great, attentive and thoughtful. The location is right by the Songhua River. Highly recommended, I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The breakfast was much better, with freshly made noodles and wontons, which was a nice touch. The gym and laundry facilities were also great.

The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy. It even had a bathtub for a relaxing soak. The hotel staff were really enthusiastic; they offered complimentary drinks and milk, and allowed a late check-out until 2 PM. Plus, the hotel's super close to Central Street, so you can pop out for a stroll or some shopping anytime.

The location is very convenient, right by the Songhua River and just a few minutes' walk to Central Street. It's also next to the Parkson shopping mall with plenty of food options. The service was excellent; they even upgraded our room for free, and the doorman helped us with our luggage. Overall, highly recommended!

First and foremost, the room was spotless and very private, making for a fantastic stay! We arrived quite late at night, and the staff were incredibly thoughtful and welcoming, greeting us warmly. They even proactively offered children's toiletries when they saw we had a child with us. Plus, our room was upgraded for free to a much larger space. Waking up, we could enjoy the serene river view from the window, which was very calming and pleasant. The overall decor is very well thought out; you can even take great photos in the lobby, hallways, and room corners, and the lighting creates a nice ambiance. There's free parking right outside, which is super convenient if you're driving. The breakfast selection is extensive, and all the ingredients are very fresh. I also want to commend all the staff members, regardless of their role; their attitude was truly excellent.

This hotel was a complete blind pick, and what a delightful surprise it was! It's located right next to Central Street, with the Songhua River embankment just behind it, and all the amenities you could ask for nearby. What really blew me away was how incredibly spacious the room was – truly luxurious, bright, and comfortable. The room facilities were complete, and the hygiene was impeccable. Traveling with kids, choosing the right hotel makes all the difference, and the service throughout our stay was warm and attentive, addressing all the concerns of traveling with little ones. A very satisfying experience, and we'll definitely be back after our trip to Snow Town!

The location is fantastic, very convenient and highly recommended for everyone. It's right next to Stalin Park, and Central Street is just a few steps away. The subway is also nearby.

The room was clean and tidy, though the TV sometimes lost internet connection. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Central Street, Flood Control Memorial Tower, and the cable car. The staff at the front desk were all very enthusiastic and even upgraded our room for free.

This hotel is very close to Central Avenue, and right next to it is a large Parkson shopping mall with tons of food options, a cinema, and various shows, which is super convenient. The Songhua River is also right nearby, and the room I stayed in this time had a fantastic river view – truly refreshing and pleasant. The front desk staff were lovely and provided excellent service. My only regret is that the rice noodles at breakfast seemed undercooked, so I ended up wasting a bowl. Otherwise, everything else deserves five stars!

This is my second stay, and it's absolutely fantastic! The environment is quiet and comfortable, the hygiene is impeccable, and the service is warm and welcoming. The location is superb, and I particularly love the interior design.

Facilities: A bit old-fashioned, and the TV doesn't support screen mirroring. Environment: It's a riverside hotel in a commercial district, convenient for getting anywhere, but the river view is blocked by trees. Cleanliness: Standard. Service: Five-star, the butler directly assists you, and there's a thoughtful 'goodnight milk'. Other: Northern-style breakfast tends to get cold quickly; hope they can improve the insulation.

We loved the huge playground with the slide and a ball pit. The room was very big in an open space. Bath tub, shower room and toilet were separated from 2 beds and playground. 1 bed was combined by 2 single king-beds which is huge. The service was great having free ‘good night’ milk and free check-out luggage service. The location was excellent, a few mins walk to the subway or cableway station. A few mins walk to Zhongyang (Central) Street. The breakfast was good, too, having both Chinese & Western food. High recommended, will book it again if we revisit Harbin.

This hotel in Harbin was a fantastic choice. The location is absolutely perfect; you can walk to Central Street, St. Sophia Cathedral, Daoli Vegetable Market, and Hongzhuan Street Morning Market in just a few to fifteen minutes. The Flood Control Monument is visible right outside, and the cable car to Sun Island is also close by. The room was spacious, comfortable, and quiet, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. They even gave us a small map with local attractions for kids, which made exploring super convenient!
