I didn't expect the toilet in a hotel to be so dirty, full of urine stains, and the guest house in front of the station wouldn't be so sloppy. When I went out, I told the front desk to clean up, but no one cleaned up when I came back.

酒店服務很好很貼心，房間裏還有飲品，客房打掃也很乾凈住的很安心，酒店還有哈爾濱地圖對遊玩旅客很有幫助，對哈爾濱的印象簡直太好了下次也會來這座美麗的城市遊玩。前台給我推薦了很多玩的地方，還推薦了吃的，真的很實惠。最後打包回來涼了還幫我熱了一下。非常感謝！！
