Mercure Hotel exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service and excellent facilities. The room was spacious, clean, with all the amenities you could ask for. The hotel facilities were equally impressive, including a Dyson hair dryer, humidifier, Xiaomi air filter and The breakfast buffet was particularly delightful, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. Conveniently located, close to St. Sophia Cathedral & Central Shopping Street. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. Location is good, staff from the front desk to the breakfast restaurant are always friendly and helpful. Judy from the front desk and a few more ladies ( sorry we didn't get their names ) are always professional, cheerful, and beyond kind. Please keep up the good work! All the hotels around Zhongyang Street area should learn from Mercure's hospitality!

Near to most places, clean and big rooms. Highly recommended

The hotel is strategically located near Sophia Cathedral, Zhongyang / Central Avenue, Harbin railway station, and Zhonglin Park. There are many shopping centers, restaurants, and attraction nearby. The hotel facility is modern and clean. Staff is polite and very helpful. It also has gym and laundry facility. A perfect choice for family during holiday.

Great location, able to get things within walking distance. The hotel staff service was excellent and the hotel was amazingly clean and great!

Room is clean, location is strategic, easily accessible to central street and sofia church, receptionist is very welcoming.

We had a fantastic stay at Mercure from the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed. All of our requests were granted with a smile. The pillow was too soft for me and staff arranged for a former pillow for me.Cyndu, Tina, Luna and more at reception were eager to help us. Room was spacious, bathroom and toilet were good. Breakfast was great with both Western and Chinese cuisine. Hotel well situated near shopping, food and transport. All in all a great and wonderful stay

Love staying here. When travelling using didi, the driver will pickup or drop you off right in front of the hotel. The staff are very friendly too. For foreigners who cant speak english, suggest to use Translation app.

The staff were all very nice and the laundry area was very well kept which was great. Only thing I would say is that if someone smokes in any room in the hotel it filters through the air system and comes into all the rooms. This meant that our room smelled so bad of smoke every time someone smoked in the hotel which was horrible.

There was free gift during checked in and checked out.. staff was very polite and attentive.

Booked 3 rooms and they were v kind to arrange for all 3 rooms to be on the same floor and close to each other. Superb customer service from front desk as well as housekeeping!
