The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a breathtaking panoramic view of the Ice and Snow World's dazzling night scenery. The room had an expansive view, and the buffet was incredibly varied and abundant, adding warmth and satisfaction to our winter trip. It was absolutely perfect.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The room had a stunning view, and the staff took great care of us — they even provided a cute signature hotel doll. From the room, we could see the famous ice sculptures on Sun Island, which made the experience even more special. The breakfast selection was very diverse and delicious. 10/10. The swimming pool is large with beautiful views, and every detail of the hotel felt perfect. Truly the best hotel for panoramic views in Harbin. Highly recommended!❤️

I chose this hotel for a trip with friends, and I was really impressed. The facilities are brand new, and the service is incredibly attentive. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the best part is that Snow and Ice World is right outside the window! I'll definitely pick this place first next time I'm in Harbin.

The location is convenient, and ordering takeout is a breeze. The aromatherapy scent at the entrance is lovely. Overall, the service is polite and enthusiastic, and the hotel's facilities and amenities are quite good. You can see the river view from the window, with bustling traffic outside – it's quite a pleasant experience.

Seriously, what more can I say? You get a panoramic view of the Songhua River and the Ice and Snow World directly from your room! The facilities, amenities, and service all pretty much met expectations. They even provide Diptyque toiletries, though I was a bit surprised there were no Nian Gao (sticky rice cakes) for breakfast.

Executive Lounge benefits: Five meals a day, the food was decent, quite varied and plentiful. The staff were very welcoming, and the person who refilled my water left a lasting impression. My trip was too short to experience some of the services. Facilities: All the facilities were available, and the decor was quite nice. The bathroom fixtures were Kohler, and the elevators were Otis. Hygiene: There were sugar grains and stains on the sofa, and the minibar was moldy. There was no trash can in the bedroom, only a paper wastebasket, which isn't suitable for liquids. However, there was a trash can in the bathroom. Environment: Acceptable. Service: The staff were friendly and polite. There was a discrepancy in the app's room description between 'alcoholic beverages' and 'minibar'. Only the minibar had a charge notice, while 'alcoholic beverages' was ambiguous, even though the alcoholic drinks were in the fridge.

I stayed here for one night. The room was nice with a view of the river. I ordered room service, a steak, and found hair in it. I flipped the steak over, so it definitely wasn't mine. This kind of situation is truly annoying, and it raises concerns about hygiene. The hotel room was very dry, and my girlfriend had a nosebleed. What was most unacceptable was the service. When we went for breakfast, the seats were full, and the hotel staff wouldn't let me into the restaurant wearing slippers. I was forced to change shoes at the entrance. All of that was acceptable. After we got in, the hotel staff led us to a table, but then someone next to us was told that table was reserved, so we left. Then the hotel staff asked me to share a table with others. Can you believe the term 'sharing a table' is even mentioned at the Ritz-Carlton? So unprofessional. I disagreed, and they made impatient gestures, telling us to go to another hall, which was very far from the buffet counter. I agreed. But! When I went to get food, I found that there were clearly empty tables inside, and they deliberately didn't let me sit there! So many people were in the main breakfast hall, and only we were sent to another hall on the side. We ate there for a while and realized only we were there. Later, after about ten minutes of eating, we were told there were seats available in the main dining room, so we moved again. We moved three times just for one breakfast. The service attitude was very disappointing.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The location is excellent, the facilities are great, the service is top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious. But the view from the window? Absolutely unbeatable, even more stunning than what you see from the Ferris wheel at Harbin Ice and Snow World. This must be the best hotel in Harbin, hands down. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Harbin.

First time visiting Harbin and I chose The Ritz-Carlton. I have to commend the hotel's heating system; it was very comfortable. The front desk was also very thoughtful and arranged a humidifier for me. The breakfast was delicious too. The room was cozy, had a beautiful view, and they even prepared some fruit and drinks. The service was warm and attentive! It was a great stay, and I'll definitely come back next time!

Having stayed at the Shangri-La, Crowne Plaza, 1903 Hotel on Central Street, and Westin during this trip, the Ritz-Carlton truly stands out as the best. First, being able to have breakfast in the executive lounge offers unparalleled privacy. For the same price, executive rooms at other hotels always mean going to the crowded first-floor restaurant, and some even have ridiculous queues for breakfast. Second, only the Ritz-Carlton genuinely takes the time to introduce you to the room's amenities and your benefits. At other hotels, I've had to ask why I wasn't getting my benefits, only to find out the front desk forgot to add them! Finally, the butler service is also top-notch. David was incredibly enthusiastic and professional, and his recommendation for Sakurayukitei Japanese restaurant perfectly suited my partner's taste. The owner of the Japanese restaurant was quite grateful when they heard we were recommended by the Ritz-Carlton. In short, I booked through Ctrip because the Marriott app isn't user-friendly for me, but the Ritz-Carlton consistently sets the standard no matter where it is.

Great environment and facilities, just too many people. The only point I'd deduct is for the lady making noodles at breakfast; she had a sour face the whole time and seemed unwilling to say a word. I get that there were a lot of people, but that's no excuse for poor service.

As a 'southern sweet potato' returning to Harbin after two decades, the Ritz's outstanding service completely changed my impression of the Northeast. I've fallen in love with it! The Northeast truly is a warm and welcoming place, and choosing to stay at the Ritz this time was absolutely the right decision. During my stay, Harbin had its biggest snowfall of the year. I might have gotten a bit too excited and slipped and fell 🤣🤣. When I got back to the hotel lounge, one of the ladies there immediately boiled an egg for me to take to my room. And when I got to my room, I found she had also prepared Yunnan Baiyao (a traditional Chinese medicine for injuries) and a large bucket of ice for me. I was so touched, I absolutely have to give them extra points! Five out of five stars isn't enough to express how much I appreciate their service. I'll definitely be back to Harbin, and I'll be staying here again!

The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and efficient. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options and tastes good. Overall, the stay experience was great, offering good value for money, and I would recommend it.
