Good hotel, good location, good wifi. Would be great if there were a few more Western food options at breakfast.

A very comfortable option, well connected with metro lines 1 and 2. The Ice and Snow World is just a few stations from the hotel, as well as the East Railway Station. Unfortunately, our room does not include a private bathroom, and an extra 100 CNY should be paid to upgrade the room with a private bathroom. Breakfast service is good, but only available between 7 and 9 am, limiting your options.

The location is super convenient, just a short walk to nearby shopping areas. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was good – excellent value for money! Staying here made my trip hassle-free. I'll definitely be back next time.

The environment is elegant, the service is attentive, and the transportation is convenient, making it easy to get around. The breakfast is abundant, and the cuisine is delicious.

The location is great, right next to Harbin Station and the subway, and also very close to Central Avenue. The stay was comfortable, but there was no place to hang clothes to dry.

The front desk staff were very unwelcoming, almost hostile, and the hotel's rules felt overly restrictive, making for an uncomfortable stay. Housekeeping started knocking on doors early in the morning, which was incredibly disruptive, especially since the soundproofing is already poor. It felt like they were trying to rush guests out, regardless of whether they were extending their stay or not.

Room's conditon matches the photo. Everything is as per the expectation. Good breakfast. The breakfast buffet provided a mix of Chinese and Western dishes. The receptionists were helpful with taxi booking for early morning transfer to the airport. Even though they did not speak English, it was ok to communicate using the translator.

Close to location for travel nice staff good breakfast and clean room

The personal were very friendly, helpfull and pro active in giving service. The breakfast was a buffet, which was quite diverse. It was good, I only missed black coffee. The location is in a walking distance of Harbin railway station, where the high speed lines also stop. The hotel was also quiet during the evenings, eventhough more guests arrived during the weekend.

The hotel was mainly good for its accessibility and price. The location is very convenient. It's a pity that the staff does not speak other languages except Chinese. It is also unclear how the Wi-Fi works. I didn't like the fact that at 6 am or even earlier the noise from the cleaners began in the corridor. They did everything very noisily and did not let me sleep. The breakfast is a buffet of Chinese cuisine and without dubbing in English. Breakfast could have been made before 10 am, but it is from 7 to 9. Whoever doesn't make it in time is late.

Nice breakfast

This is the second time we're staying at this hotel. We were given two rooms located on the 2nd floor which are kinda make-shift rooms at the mezzanine floor. One of the rooms given has poor or no ventilation. Thank you to Trip. Com (Irish, Vera and Kate) who helped us resolve this issue with the hotel staff. Some staff at the counter look Over-stressed with their job and can be quite unpleasant or even rude when communicating with guests. The best part of the stay will be the scrumptious breakfast spread. We enjoyed the three day's breakfast very much. Overall, the cleanliness is tip top, too. It's located near to two subway station as well as to the airport bus stand. Harbin Museum subway station and Harbin Railway station.
