stay was good. Rooms are spacious and staff is very polite. We were not satisfied first due to AC not working properly but later at our request they not only changed our room but upgraded it too.

I enjoyed my stay at kush ganga hotel, the staff was really helpful and kind. If you want to stay in a hotel that is nice, clean and near the ghat then i 100% recommend kush ganga hotel. The food was tasty and restaurant had a great view of the top. I can't thank them enough, the hotel people made my stay worth while. Thank you for all your assistance.

clean and spacious room. hotel premises was very clean as well.
food was prepared well although they close kitchen at 10:30 PM after which you get round the clock menu.
service was good, I mean room service. however service personnel don't speak English very well, so if you order food or call for maintenance etc, they may not understand you if you speak English.
also there were some issues with water in bathroom. it got clogged and we had to call maintenance a few times to set it right.
the hotel has a party and function hall in basement and top floor. there were some functions going on in basement and one could hear the loud music and dance all.the way till 5th floor. I wish they turned the volume down. However the party stopped at around 11 pm usually.
overall good value for money. There was a girl working at reception and she seemed to speak good English.
Reason for 4 stars is because of above mentioned issues we faced, otherwise I found the stay quite comfortable and nice.
The hotel is located on bypass road so if you are looking to stay in main area, you may not like it
We liked the calm area setting of hotel so did not have a problem with the location.
The premium roos had hill view and it was quite nice. Oh one more thing, there were frequent power cuts, however the generator turned on instantly so not an issue.
If the hotel management is reading this review, please ficus on above mentioned issues and fix it. Thanks for reading.

GGuest UserThe room was not upto the mark. The exhaust fan wasn’t working. The room didn’t have enuf plug points. The water supply went off for 6 hours. Also the manager made extra money on cab charges for sight seeing and airport drop we found rishikesh a better place to stay and has good spiritual touch than haridwar.

GGuest UserI stayed here as a solo traveller from Japan. The room was large and clean, and the staff were very kind. After dinner, I said it was delicious but a little spicy, and they gave me some sugar.
You can enjoy your meal on the clean balcony with a great view.
Of course, there was a clean toilet and a hot shower.
All staff is helpful!

GGuest UserLocation is good, food is ok, hygiene is missing, had too much of itching on neck and hands while sleeping even after 3 days it's still there. mattress was not clean. either there are bugs or there were spider not sure, fan and ac makes too much of sound. washroom was okay. staff was good but that's not enough if cleanliness of mattress is not there.

GGuest UserHotel staff is courteous, rooms are also neat and clean but the problem was that wash room is too small and uncomfortable. Hotel lacks lift and for elderly guests it is tough to climb.
