As this hotel was marketed as budget, my expectations were not high.
The lady on the front desk was very friendly and welcoming.
Myself and my wife arrived before 3pm but checked in all good.
The room is fairly basic, as we expected, bed and bathroom.
Mattress was low quality, a bit lower than I expected.
We left almost immediately to attend a concert.
We then returned after midnight to a slight sewerage smell from the bathroom.
As we were both exhausted we did not return to the desk to complain at this time.
The sewerage smell got worse as the night went on, waking me numerous times. Everything you would go to the toilet you had to shut the door behind you.
The bed in room 33 was right on the window wall.
The curtains only just cover the window, so in the morning when the sun was rising, it was allowing all the light in, if your a light sleeper, this would affect you.
Lastly the walls are pretty thin so you can hear alot. Again if your a light sleeper not ideal.
Overall pretty poor experience, when we mentioned when leaving the property about the smell, the lady on the desk was apologetic.
One silver lining, the cameras wernt working so didnt have to pay for parking.
