We stayed at the hotel for two days, the beds were very comfortable and a good night's sleep, but unfortunately the bathroom was not clean and I would not stay at the hotel for more than two nights. The staff was very nice and helpful, the location was okay

The staff are very professional and helpful. Shelly in particular. Shelly welcomes us with a big beautiful smile that brightens up our day and nothing is too much trouble. We always look forward to staying at the Harlow Travelodge. It's convenient as the town centre is only a ten minute drive away.

Not a very gd evening bed was to small singles mattress base put together as a double bed kept falling in the middle off them both falling through.them hitting the floor.hardly no.sleep at all not gd x

Shelly was so helpful during our stay and really made everything easy for us. You couldn’t ask for a more friendly and professional experience. Free parking is also very helpful. The location near to the station is also very handy. Recommend this hotel for a stay in Harlow

Always great for a decent night sleep. Perfect place for us to stop before an early flight from Stansted, free parking is a massive plus. Room was comfy and quiet and for less than £40 its amazing. Only minus 1 star as the room was a little musty smelling otherwise fine.

We dealt with Shelly from the start, I can not describe how professional, courteous and friendly she is. We would come back because of Shelly, she made us feel welcome and looked after. Our stay was warm, comfortable and clean. Close to all amenities and easy access to road, rail, shops and restaurants.

Stayed for one night. It is situated in a convenient location next to the Toby carvery and train station providing easy access to London. Room was quiet. Friendly, helpful and polite staff. Free parking.

I reserved a room with one bed and two pullout beds. When I got my key cards, the room I got into was a single bed room. I went back to reception and raised the issue, the receptionist helped me to arrange another room, but it turned out only one bed and one pullout bed. The hygiene of the room was a disaster and there were wears and tears everywhere.
