I received two bottles of water while I checked in (even I am just one person)
The room is best so far I stayed in London for 4 difficult hotel. Towels are very clean. Large TV, soft bed but extremely comfortable.
The bus stop just outside of hotel near all the hotels in bath room (I think it is the closest stop compare to all other hotels)
I didn’t have chance to try the restaurant but people are just so nice.

Was ok. Room was nice bed was comfy. No biscuits or bottle of water in the room but I survived! Nice bar area had bbq chicken wings they were super nice..breakfast had everything you would expect.

I will now always stay at the Hyatt when needing a room at Heathrow. It’s warm, comfortable, modern and feels a higher standard finish than the Sofitel T5 that I used to stay at. Definitely worth paying extra for a room with a view of the runway! Kind, helpful and courteous staff. Parking was convenient. An excellent stay. Thank you

Good location and convenient with local bus or hotel Hoppa service.
Just a comment on a lady staff in the morning shift is not friendly and not helpful. However her other male colleagues which we met on both mornings are so helpful with our enquiries.

Booked the runway view room for a night to catch an early morning flight from london heathrow. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were courteous and helped us with directions and options nearby. We had a breakfast in the restaurant which was diverse, special mention to the scrambled eggs and coffee. Really helpful and accommodating staff as it felt like we were pampered to be fed. Couldn't use the bar much but it had a nice ambience. Would love to stay at the hotel again on a future trip.
