Lovely hotel, lobby, restaurant, room. But, not able to serve food, a bar/lobby or room service/takeaway menu is a dealbreaker. Trust me, you do not want to go out in pouring rain on a Sunday to hunt for food in Härnösand.

The rooms are "top notch" but the service was bad.When there are a lot of conference guests you might not be able to eat dinner at the hotel.

Very nice experience in general, the hotel interior is lovely and of high standard and so are the rooms, breakfast is of high quality and tasted very nice. Staff was friendly but restaurant and bar staff could be more skilled in service to make it to a 10/10 experience. Only one waffel iron - another one wouldnt hurt :).
