"Booked the norton hotel very last minute..got there to find this is a non reception hotel and a keyless check in..that means you get a code for yr room which you key in to gain access..not only did i not get a code i had no internet connction with which to access it....we had to find a cafe to go eat in order to use their wifi. I eventually got the code both to the outside front door and then found our room. Unfortunately the instructions we were given were wrong and we couldnt get into the room. I phoned the emrrgency number and thank goodness the owner answered immediately and talked us through the procedure. We entered to gind this was not the room we booked. It was small and dark with film over the window. BUT it was nipping clean. The bed was lovely and the bathroom was extemely small but very clean with s lovely swan figure made up of towels. This hotel is mainly for workers and contractors to stay in. No food or bar but there is a shared kitchen for customers use. An ok hotel but not for us."
