Hotel is very basic. It’s close to a McDonalds for breakfast and Sainsbury’s for things you may need. The hotel is not so well insulated for sound and can be noisy.

The main reception was clean and smelt amazing. Our room was also clean and smelt amazing. The toilet was not noisy at all when flushing, the toilet paper holder could have been further up the wall it was a little low and hard to see the toilet paper coming out. All our bed were comfortable there wasn’t much sugar for two people on a two night stay. But we were not to fussed about this. The main thing we worried about was driving into the junction. If there was a car coming out the pot hole is unavoidable. Other than the massive hole at the front it was a lovely stay with lovely staff. Thank you. 😁

The hotel was busy. All the staff were most helpful and cheerful. My room was warm without the need for extra heating. The bed was extremely comfortable although I do find the duvets very heavy and hot. Perhaps a choice of an alternative tog might be offered if ordered on booking.

Unfortunately, there going through a change of providers with there Internet, Staff still learning the new system, and it sounds a little complicated to me. The staff made up for it as there pleasant, and will to help so the short fall s are easy forgiven.. I did request ground floor but was put on the 2nd floor but near lift, so just as good i guess, my only bug bear was i did send an email requesting and got a reply about my needs, and one of the staff said we never got it, yet they replied. So if you need to make a request by email, take a copy of said email with you. Apart from that all good

Friendly and helpful staff The hotel and room looked tired and in need of decoration Shower intermittent with hot and cold water, the climb into the bath to shower felt unstable as if the bath would break. The toilet paper dispenser was blocked and I had to open it at the top. The walk to the room you need a compass poorly signposted and up and down stairs to get to room number 110.

The staff were friendly and helped rectify my heating issue with the room as it was not working. The bed was tired and lumpy. The chairs in the bedroom looked tired and had grubby stains on them. As for the en-suite I was not impressed of the black mould growing on the tiles and not in a small area but that of a large area. It was coming off with the shower water into the tray.!!! The breakfast buffet was very small and with long queues. The food was well presented but very bland. The juices were watered down and more like squash!!! I did not think overall good value for money. The Hastings Branch of Premier Inn could do with a fresh up and replacing old mattresses and furniture. Overall the staff were very friendly and this made up for what was to come. I have visited other Premier Inns and was disappointed.

We have stayed in premier inns many times over the years,it is basic/good value for money, always been clean and comfortable but the Hastings is on a whole new level, booked in for 3 nights whilst visiting family, our room wasn’t serviced after the first night so we went to reception to ask for it to be serviced for the following 2 nights…..it was not! 3 nights stay not serviced EVEN after asking, on all 3 nights we had to go to reception from the 3rd floor to ask for clean towels and fresh bags for the bins!! The staff were disinterested and clearly did not communicate with each other. Very disappointed.

Got a quiet top-floor room as requested—perfect for rest. The shower was hot with great pressure, ideal for relaxing after being on the tools all day. Plus, Mickey D's is just across the road for quick meals. Simple, convenient, and exactly what I need. .

Brilliant Stay in this Premier Inn from start to finish, ample parking (even had a charger for our EV), a delightful buffet, and out of this world's beds. The quality of breakfast and variety at the buffet was a highlights for the kids. Some dishes for dinner could be better though! The beds deserve a special mention for their comfort. However, what truly set our experience apart was the friendly staff. Their professionalism and warmth is no longer a common sight when you go out.
