This hotel is very close to the Floating Market, making it a convenient choice if visiting the market is your main purpose. However, during the market's operating hours (afternoon until around 8:30 PM), some roads are closed. Waze directed us through a closed road, so we had to reroute before reaching the hotel. The hotel provides basic amenities, but no toothbrushes were supplied, so remember to bring your own. The location is a bit far from the Kim Yong Market area, so getting to the city center requires some travel. One major advantage is the ample parking space available, which is very convenient for guests who are driving to Hatyai and traveling to Songkla. Overall, it's a decent option for those planning to visit the Floating Market and looking for a hotel with easy parking.

The hotel is relatively new, but the location is a bit far from the city center! You definitely need to take a Grab or a tuk-tuk.

The location is next near to highway to Songkhla. The room is clean with fast and efficient check in. Recommended for holiday travellers with own transport and quiet environment away from town centre

Nice room for ~500 baht, condition like new. Big modern TV, kettle, fridge, massive furniture. Bathroom has ventilation, shampoo and shower gel, water heater. One of the best options for this price range in Songkhla / Hat Yai, but you need your own transport to get there. Hotel is in the middle between Songkhla city and Hat Yai, it's good option for those who want to visit both cities.

Ironing facilities beside the receptionist and in front of main entrance. You can't see it anywhere... Carefull for asking for extra pillow. It will be chargeable.. Kettle is ok but no cup for hot water, only the thin glass. If you use it for hot water and the glass break, you will be charge. Just a good business...

Location a bit from town so can have nice N Quiet sleep, plenty of parking, and it only takes about 6 minutes to get to the city center. The room is really spacious—except for the shower room, which is a bit small, I was very satisfied with everything else

I highly recommend having your own car; there's ample parking, and it's a convenient location. The property features an elevator, and the rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The air conditioning was wonderfully cold, providing great relief from the outdoor heat. Staff were polite, and the service was excellent. Recommended!

This is my third time staying at this hotel — it never disappoints! The parking area is spacious, and the location is perfect, just right next to the Floating Market. The room is beautifully designed, spacious, and very comfortable with a modern touch. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay!
