The pool was dirty and closed. The room was dirty and in a bad condition. Sheets were broken and the bathroom had humidities. I asked for an additional pillow and the woman told me to pay 20 baths for additional pillows. I told her that I travelled to many hotels and necer asked for an additional fee for an extra pillow in any of them. She told me she was going to check and brought a pillow but it was dirty with something that seemed blood. Disgusting. No restaurant service and you can hear everything so you will not get a good sleep. Also, the direction in google maps is wrong so our Grab had to call the hotel to understand where it was located. The worst experience I have ever got in a hotel.

Location : quiet far from heart of Hatyai, but u got a lot of privacy. Good place if u love quite place. Got a pool which not so well maintained, but ok la.

The room was comfortable, but the hotel's location was a little bit out of the way.

Arrive quite late at the hotel, the road to hotel can be improved as its quite dark with no street light. The location is quite far from main attraction. However the hotel is true gem in Hatyai as the parking is just beside the room. No hassle to find parking!. The room was fully equipped with tv, fridge, wifi, hot water shower. The channel offered was quite variety and entertaining. The surround of the hotel is quite and serene, far from noise pollution. The pool offer area for adult and kids. My kids enjoy the pool so much. Breakfast was included, additional person can buy buffet breakfast at reasonable price, which is 70baht/kid. Breakfast quite basic with fried rice, porridge, bread and half cooked egg. Drink offered includes coffee, plain water and orange juice. Overall its a pleasant stay, and will consider to stay again in the future.

Off the beaten track road very bad to hotel , but the rooms are nice , it not far from airport, which is why we stayed , price is also good

We were looking for a quiet hotel near the airport. The hotel itself was decent; it had a nice pool and a spacious lobby. The staff were friendly. However, we weren't shown to our room, which is quite unusual for Thailand. Furthermore, it was extremely noisy. We had cars driving by and a dog barking right outside our window.

The rooms offer good value. Access can be tricky, but the accommodation consists of private, separate bungalows.

The accommodation was clean and the room was spacious. Parking was super convenient, right by our room. It was also very affordable and ideally located close to the airport, just a few minutes' drive away. The place was quiet with no traffic noise, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioner was a bit noisy.

The room was clean and came with all amenities, but the entrance was a bit of a walk.

This is my second stay. The rooms are comfortable and peaceful.
