The room was pretty clean and tidy, but the window was a bit small and there was some AC noise.

Clean, comfortable, and had a great night’s sleep. Really nice hotel with everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

I like the room and the clean premises. There is a gym and a nice dining area where you can also chill out after a busy day. Parkin available for guests. Staff very nice and helpful. There is a shopping mall around the corner. I recommend the stay.

The location is near a mall but not much else around. The room is clean, but only includes 1 bottle of water. The tap water was undrinkable. When requesting additional bottles of water, the staff was quite rude and told us to get it from the bar. So we had to constantly go to the bar to get water. The cold water wasn't working in one of the rooms, and the toilets were not flushing properly (however this was resolved the following day). Even though there is a gym connected to the building, the gym for the hotel is a 10 min walk away. It's free, but you have to watch a 2 minute video and answer a quiz to gain access. Breakfast wasn't included. It's also worth mentioning that any late checkout (even 1 hr) was a fee.

Had a lovely stay at The Comet Hatfield. Lots of parking available. All staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely, clean & comfortable beds. Will definitely stay again.
