Superb hotel. I love the crew there.

The location is near a mall but not much else around. The room is clean, but only includes 1 bottle of water. The tap water was undrinkable. When requesting additional bottles of water, the staff was quite rude and told us to get it from the bar. So we had to constantly go to the bar to get water. The cold water wasn't working in one of the rooms, and the toilets were not flushing properly (however this was resolved the following day). Even though there is a gym connected to the building, the gym for the hotel is a 10 min walk away. It's free, but you have to watch a 2 minute video and answer a quiz to gain access. Breakfast wasn't included. It's also worth mentioning that any late checkout (even 1 hr) was a fee.

Had a lovely stay at The Comet Hatfield. Lots of parking available. All staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely, clean & comfortable beds. Will definitely stay again.

Clean, Modern & Friendly

Great stay with a really comfy bed and attentive staff who helped out when we were checking in much earlier than stated due to a day festival. Somehow these guys must have been magicians as it was located (and our window faced onto) a student accommodation area, and you wouldn't have been able to even tell there were a load of uni students on a Saturday night there they were all so quiet! Had breakfast in the morning and all was good with that too, decent options and a nice space to have it in as well.

Fantastic Stay!!

Nice hotel. Stayed here for four nights. At first, I didn't know what an accessible room was. I just wanted to choose a king-size bed, so I booked a deluxe accessible room on Ctrip. Later, I negotiated with the front desk to change the room. The front desk promised to change if there was a room. I didn't expect that they really changed it on the fourth night. Suddenly I felt a little better. There shouldn't be many choices in Hatfield hotels. This one is still relatively good in all aspects.
