Great location. Near the museum, castle, shopping area.

The location is very convenient to Itsukushima Shrine and a short walk from the pier. Dinner and breakfast were plentiful and delicious, and the staff were very attentive to our needs.

Except for the Japanese dinner, everything else is satisfactory! The hotel is a 6-7 minute walk to Itsukushima Shrine. Breakfast is a buffet and dinner is Kaiseki cuisine. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything is not delicious! I have stayed in at least five or six Japanese traditional hot spring hotels with breakfast and dinner. This one has the worst dinner. The hot spring facilities are also very old!

I ordered an extra sirloin steak for dinner, but it wasn't very tasty, which was disappointing. I paid ¥3,000 for the meat, and it was dry.

A nice hotel on Miyajima Island, close to the station and attractions. The hotel service is very good, and the staff are warm and thoughtful, but the sea view room is meaningless. In the afternoon, the sun is strong, and the windows must be closed and the curtains must be drawn.

The room is clean and sanitary. Compared with the overall service in Japan before the epidemic, the overall service has declined. For example, we have to carry our suitcases to the room by ourselves. The hotel's large bathhouse does not have an outdoor bath, and the food is not particularly amazing, but the location is very good, and the sunset on Miyajima outside the window is very beautiful.

The accommodation is satisfactory. The staff are very friendly and the meals are delicious. Also the location is great. However, it is unfortunate that the facilities are a bit old.

I stayed with my family. Our room faced the sea, but since it was on the second floor, there was a building right in front of it, so I was wondering if the view would be good, but it was nice because we could see the Otorii gate. When I checked in, I was told that the check-out time was 10:00, but when I made the reservation, it was 12:00, so I explained that to them, and they took care of me, thank you very much. I am very satisfied with the food and the bath. I want to use it again.

Very satisfied with the food

We absolutely loved this hotel. It is a modern hotel but with Japanese Ryokan style rooms. The rooms are spacious and ours had a window looking down at the busy market below, and the beach with otorii in the distance. From the outside it looks to be one of the larger hotels. The service was top notch. Dinner and breakfast was included in our package and both were over-the-top sumptuous. We would definitely come here again.

The location is perfect on the seafront, just a stone's throw from the ferry and the main attractions. The rooms are of two types, normal or Japanese style, which I recommend to fully enjoy the experience. The kaiseki dinner in the evening is delicious, a real plus for the hotel. The rooms could be partially renovated but they have their own charm. The hotel's private Onsen increases the offer of this structure. The possibility of always wearing the Yukata greatly increases the charm for us Westerners. Recommended.
