Unfortunately, my stay at Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport was disappointing. The room was cold, and I was unable to control the air conditioning, which made it uncomfortable. There were no meaningful services available, and the restaurant experience was poor—definitely not what I expected from a hotel of this brand. I stayed here only for a quick overnight layover, and for that purpose, it’s tolerable. However, the worst part was that I accidentally left my phone charger in the room, and despite following up, it was never found. This kind of carelessness—or worse, lack of integrity—is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the hotel’s management. I would not stay here again unless I had absolutely no other option.

A/C not working properly, no WiFi in room price. ~250 eur/night/person and no WiFi... good that they had private bathroom included in the room as I didn't check either of them when booking last minute - I thought free WiFi is a standard in Sheratons but now I know it is not. Breakfast was ok (nothing special though), the reception staff during night shift very slow (checkin was in Marriot). The greatest advantage is the location. I wouldn't come back if I don't have to.

Located at withing the airport, the hotel is very convenient for a night stay to catch your early morning flight. Breakfast was delicious and gym was sufficient for a workout.

Very happy with our one night’s stay. The front desk staff Zachary was very friendly and helpful. We arrived early with three little kids and two large suitcases, and he kindly let us check in early. The breakfast was good and the gentleman in the breakfast room was very helpful and kind as well. He helped us use the waffle maker. We walked from airport T2 to the hotel. Just in case you want to walk there also, please refer to the picture below. Find this ramp near Gate #8, which is also where hotel shuttles pick up people. The hotel room was very quiet and new. There’s even central air-conditioning!

I recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel Frankfurt Airport and had a mostly pleasant experience. The apartment-style hotel room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-size bed that made for a restful night. The room’s design felt more like a cozy apartment than a typical hotel, which was a nice touch for extended stays. The only downside during our visit was that the air conditioning wasn’t working, which made the room a bit uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. However, the hotel’s convenient location more than made up for this. Although there isn't a shuttle service to the airport, the train station is just a short 3-minute ride away from Frankfurt International Airport, making it very easy to reach. Overall, it’s a great option for those looking for comfort and convenience close to the airport, as long as the aircon issue is resolved.

This area where hotel is has amenities so it’s not just an airport hotel. New hotel, everything feels and smells fresh! Room comes with kitchenette - with pots, stove, fridge, coffee machine and microwave - u can grab groceries from the supermarket around the corner. Ironing facilities. For shower - only 1 type of soap is given - so BYO if you need others. Climate controlled - comfortable in winter. Love the heater in bathroom - great for quick drying of small items like socks. As the reviews pointed out, free shuttle from Airport (both terminals) but pay €6 per person for hotel to airport shuttle. Shuttle is on time. First ride is 545am. About 10 mins. Fast check in. Walkable to train station to get into town.

一家新開的酒店，房間浴室寬敞，設施都非常新。但是在房間沒找到電吹風。這酒店不接受現金交易，衹能用信用卡或借記卡，就算2歐的旅業税都衹能卡付款。酒店周邊是工業區比較荒蕪，幸好有免費機場班車，機場過來的客人可以在機場的超市買好吃喝的再過來。機場出發班車發車時間是15分45分，上車點是t1客運大樓旁邊的醫療中心前，t2的上車點我不知道。酒店出發班車是整點半點，分到t1和t2的車，要注意不要上錯了。

The room is clean and neat. I only have a problem with one of the receptionists. I think she may goes by the name Sabrina, probably South Asian ethnic by the look. I just came from shopping and had a big shopping bag and wanted to keep at the reception desk before going to the supermarket next to the hotel so that it’d be more convenient. She coldly asked if I were the hotel guest (she literally checked me in yesterday) and told me if I were the hotel guest so I should keep my bag in my room (it was on the fourth floor of the hotel). Is it really hard to just keep the bag for the guest for 10 minutes? This is the first time I experienced such behavior during my 14 days trip in Europe in 5 countries.

Good stay, the hotel is very conveniently located near the airport. Room are clean and nice, a bit small, no problem with noise. Some restaurants and supermarket also close by. Breakfast buffet a bit small and busy.
