"I have stayed here for 4 years in the above accomodation . We love Les saises and have been coming back for 20 years . Un Fortunately this accommodation has let us down . Very disappointed . It is a lot smaller than we have had in previous years. In fact it's a pokey attic room without much of a view . It's not even that clean the entrance hall carpet is dirty and there are dead flies in the light fitting . It doesn't even smell clean . We complained at reception and there is nothing they can do . They are fully booked . We booked this early last year. If we had been given this accommodation four years ago we would not have returned . Car parking is a night mare we paid 175 euros for 2 weeks only to find there were none left. A member of staff had to move their car. Very disappointed with the member of staff's attitude. . it is not the same as we have had before "

"We had booked a 6-person studio in this residence for a weekend of skiing with 2 children aged 18 months. Already first positive point: on 2h lock short will make us arrive after 19h to get the keys, we pass a thread that tells us that since we have settled the online security we will get the keys in a key box with all the indications for our stay and that the journey could be completed quietly When arrived, keys recovered, we access our 2 parking places, a little narrow but indispensable given the little parking in Hauteluce There are two lifts and many apartments. It was a good point for the residence, it was just us who did not follow the instructions, fortunately the lift was there for the baggage and we lived a beautiful scene decent "des bronzés font du ski". The hotel is a clean and spacious apartment for our 6 people, and we have 2 additional paraplus beds.
