We booked accommodation of 35 m2 for 2 nights in a hotel formula and we appreciated this service compared to a hotel, spacious accommodation on one level with terrace and garden furniture. The accommodation was very clean with beds made and towels provided. The residence is very well located in Hauteville-sur-Mer close to the beach and shops. Fortunately I didn't trust the other opinions which seem exaggerated to me.

With my wife we stayed for the W.K from May 1, 2023 (April 27 to May 1) and frankly accustomed to certain other AZUREVA or BELAMBRA sites we were particularly disappointed, on our arrival no one to welcome us, no explanation on how it works, the room no towels whose option had been settled on booking!!!!! no outlet worked, our half-board stay at the evening meal was really a buffet or the organization left something to be desired, buffet difficult to access it lack of space and yet it was not crowded, breakfast a disaster on Sunday morning, no more croissants, no yogurt, empty coffee machine and a single person who could not manage to take on and restock despite his kindness and good will. No, frankly, even if we are at the start of the season, we need to find a better organization. Really not recommended. It was only on the day of our departure that someone came to ask us at breakfast if everything was fine. Really don't want to go back to this place.

Déçu du séjour Azureva à hauteville ,peu de sorties animateurs nous laissant seuls et ils étaient muets Quand on se dit animateurs on doit avoir des commentaires à proposer aux visiteurs et s’être documenté . Un travail de préparation doit être fait en amont Une directrice fuyante et quasiment pas vue Des repas en ce qui concerne les entrées et les desserts ils ont été identiques tous les jours : carottes râpées betteraves rouges concombres œufs durs et pour les desserts des fruits pas à maturite des fonds de tarte du fromage blanc ( pas un seul yaourts ) Le repas au restaurant lors de la sortie au mont st Michel que des produits Métro Pour comble dans le pique nique reste de pâtes de l’avant vieille dans lesquel était ajouter des restes de petit pois et carottes merci pour la conservation Le jour du départ il était pas possible d’ouvrir plus tôt pour le petit déjeuner et comble du bonheur une seule machine à café ( sur trois ) en fonctionnement et une directrice absente

Partis en séjour ancv nous retiendrons en positif les plats principaux aux repas sinon entrées et dessert toujours la même chose sauf 1 fois crevette et melons pour le petit dej ne soyez pas presse une demie heure pour un café (1 machine sur 3 fonctionnait) pour les visites aucune organisation toute la semaine était prévue en covoiturage nous avons obtenu 2 sorties en bus. La chambre etait correcte et le personnel très aimable et attentione a Hauteville grand marché le dimanche sinon rien il faut sortir du village

Nous avons passé 1 semaine pour la 2eme année dans ce centre et aimons beaucoup, personnels vraiment charmants, le logement pour 2 spacieux, buffet bien . Je ne comprends pas toutes ces mauvaises critiques, c'est vrai que tout mérite un coup de fraicheur et on va pas la bas pour manger du 3 étoiles. Les gens critiquent qu'il n'y a pas d'animations. Mon conjoint et moi avons été à 3 animations et presque personne , et pourtant Maxence se démène. Étienne au bar est super. Nous étions entourés de beaucoup de retraités mais qui sont surement pas les plus faciles à satisfaire. Le personnel est obligé d'apporter les desserts aprés car sinon y en avait qui se ruait dessus et en prenait plusieurs !!! Et en plus on est à 200 m d'une magnifique plage ou je me suis baignée 3 fois avec pas grand monde, et les alentours magnifiques. Bref on reviendra . Juste une petite remarque sur la directrice qui est vraiment discrete au moment du pot de l'accueil !
