Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Matsya. The location is midway between both sides of the island and very peaceful, although it is best if you have a car/scooter rather than relying on autos. The only downside was that the WiFi was very patchy.

A truly unique experience. Location is absolutely breathtaking surrounded by green fields and hills. The theme of this resort is what stands out the most! Everything here is fish themed with an antique, earthy rustic vibe with a lot of attention to detail. Even the switch boards and taps are made out of brass. You'll also be greeted with the cutest German shepherd the moment you arrive. Totally recommend if you're staying the night on havelock islands, andaman! Do check it out!

Matsya Island Retreat is an experience one should not miss while traveling to Havelock Islands. Its a beautiful boutique property, located close to the Radhnagar Beach (10 /15 mins by bike) and also close to the Jetty. Its surrounded by lush green farmlands and a green cover across the road. The rooms have aesthetic value with small details of perfection added in every room , and around the property, The staff is prompt and ever smiling and a special shout out to Mr Qutub, the owner of the Property. The food served at the restaurant was one of the better ones we have had , during our 9 days stay in the Andamans. Highly recommend this gorgeous property!!!

The place has such a beautiful, calm, and peaceful vibe — it truly feels like a home away from home. Surrounded by nature, the atmosphere is refreshing The room service and staff are extremely respectful, attentive, and dedicated to their work.Their hospitality truly made the experience even more memorable. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a perfect vacation

We loved our stay at Matsya - particularly the decor and vibe which were very chilled and zen. Great pool area, eating area and chill areas by the upstairs rooms. The food was great although the menu is very long and they didn't have a lot of items (which should have been removed from the menu or noted on it). The location is good for being close to shops and port but it is close to the main road. Not as close to beach. The staff were friendly however English was quite poor and so difficult to communicate with them - would suggest some team training and working on English skills for international tourists. Overall would recommend!
