Radnor House is a beautifully curated space where everything is well thought-through, and extremely comfortable, without being overly fussy. We were delighted with our bedroom (no. 1). It was large and very pretty - the bed itself particularly comfortable. The beautiful bath is a treat. Breakfast was delicious - perfect portions and all very fresh and presented with great care. David was very helpful in suggesting places to eat ahead of our arrival (we ate at Chapters and The Griffin at Felin Fach, both superb, but wherever you choose, book!) , and again with ideas for wonderful walks along the river and also up hills for picture-perfect views. The area has an enormous amount to offer - it is breathtakingly beautiful, and we had a great time exploring - both Hay and the beautiful lanes and villages nearby. I'm usually really happy to be heading home when we've been away, but I could have easily stayed for longer here. I really hope we'll return soon.
