It was a decent hotel. Close to airport and has a bowling alley next to it to kill some time when waiting on a plane. Decent food and lovely staff.

Overall, this hotel is quite nice. The breakfast was excellent value for money, and I was very full afterward. The hotel arranged my room according to the request I sent before my arrival, which was a lovely touch.
However, the mattress was dirty, as shown in one of the photos. In addition, the carpet in the room was very old and stained, with many visible marks from spills by previous guests.

Location, facilities, services all very good. Breakfast starts at 4:30am for people’s convenience, and lunch/dinner available all day. Very helpful staff, large comfortable public area for waiting. A little supermarket is available in the foyer for snacks & essentials. We also received a free late check out until 5pm just by signing up. Very good value for the money

awful customer service, dirty room, no toiletries, ******** smell everywhere, dirty sheets and towels, hair on bathroom floor. do not stay here

Hotel location is near T2 and T3 however, you need to pay 6.8pounds for shuttle service to the airport
