Excellent friendly reception. Room spacious and clean Hotel in good place for our needs with adequate parking space Brewers fare - food ok but service terrible. We waited over 20 mins before I had to ask for main course plates to be removed then had to ask twice for our sweet to be served and they weren’t particularly busy. Sweet was peach and raspberry sundae - ice cream with raspberry sauce, one half of a slice of peach, with cream on top and a big gap in the middle. Not impressed.

Fantastic hotel, clean and tidy, great location and warm and friendly staff, Would like to give a special thanks to Jamie, she couldn’t have been more helpful in making my stay a peaceful and pleasant one. Will definitely be back again Mr Graham

Great service! Jamie was very helpful and polite. She was great with helping us out our room, and answer all of our questions with a smile. The room was very clean, the premiere in location was great as well only 20 min drive to get to most locations.

Very comfortable room with lot of space being on the end of the building, forgot my mobile charger lead and Jamie the receptionist was excellent and was able to supply me with one, very smiley and chatting made me feel at home. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I have used Premier inn and the connected pub/restaurants many times through work and leisure and have always found them to be pleasant enough and convenient. However on a recent trip to Cornwall we had a totally different experience. The Premier Inn reception staff were very pleasant and friendly but the Chef & Brewer bar staff could not have been ruder in all honesty. It was like an episode of Fawlty Towers as customer after customer were given the rolling eyes treatment or a very sharp reply to any request that was slightly different. This wouldn’t bother me if the place was busy as I can imagine it may be a stressful job but it was very quiet with only around 3-4 tables in use. The same could be said about the breakfast staff the next morning. We actually spoke to 2 other couple out in the car park as we all noticed how rude the staff had been to each other. At least it was entertaining I guess but we won’t be using them again in a hurry

Had a lovely stay at this premier inn. Staff are always so kind and friendly Loren, Marianne, Hayden, Jamie. Wouldn't stay any where else in the local area as this is very convenient. Older style premier inn but the staff makes up this place thanks all

The rooms were lovely and cllean during the stay, all staff i encounteredd were super helpful and friendly were all happy to helpp me, plenty of parking outside of the building had alot of choice which was niice, woould definitely stay again
