酒店位於大廈的20層，樓層很高，很安靜，前台的小姐姐服務態度也還可以，大廈樓下免費停車。
但是房間內的一些設施一般，電視投影設備是壞的，打電話向前台反映，卻沒有處理和解決。
另外沙發沒有沙發套，裸露出來的泡沫已經泛黃，看起來既不衞生也不美觀。

該説不説，這個酒店確實不錯，房間大，還挺乾淨，旁邊就是漯河cbd，方便停車，前台小姑娘服務也很温柔，服務態度很好，值得一住
