It was our 30th anniversary and we wanted to do something different. The room was small and could use updating but it was comfortable and served its purpose. Mark was very accommodating. When we woke up, we had a flat tire. My husband (69 years old) started to change it when the young man that was working in the office came out and told us to hang on. The next thing I know, he had a hydraulic jack, an impact gun and a compressor there. He had our tire changed in no time. We had a delicious steak dinner that night and the entire staff was very attentive.

Very affordable and i was lucky to get the last room on the weekend of Black forest star gazing party in cherry springs. The bed was so comfortable! Clean room, very friendly staff, and a steakhouse/ bar attached with a great staff there as well. I would recommend and would stay there again when I go back.

No bath tissue in room, room cold had to get space heater from office, bathroom door did not close, commode constantly running, no amenities like coffee, price changed from what was quoted on Internet.

Worst room ever. Stayed in room #4, and obviously they don't clean the rooms. I actually thought we were in the wrong room. The bathroom trash was half full, soap, with hair, sitting on tub. Saw something on floor, picked it up and ended up looking under the bed....looked like orange peels, but they were leathery. Tissues and food under the bed. No air, no fan, even though it was near 90 outside. But there was a heater. Would not recommend this place. Even got a hassle for asking for extra towels. There were only 2 towels in the room. 2 people staying 3 days required extra.
