太差勁了，問了前台床的大小，標註1.8米，實際1.3，虛標嚴重，停車的地庫很陡，小轎車很容易刮底，最可氣的是玩礦泉水套路，收費礦泉水搞的和免費的差不多包裝，很容易弄混，拿錯就算了，收費算了，正常一兩塊無所謂了，一瓶礦泉水5塊，我住那麼多酒店，第一次離譜的5塊礦泉水，房間裏很多隱藏的收費坑，差評，本來對河池印象很好，住個酒店讓我瞬間不來下次！

隔音效果非常差！！！（住過很多間房，別跟我説住的是靠外邊所以會稍微吵一點，所有的房型都是一樣，這個門下邊有條縫隙挺寬的），窗簾不遮陽 單層的，白天別想休息了，別人路口門口説的話都能聽得一清二楚，空調太吵，暖氣就是沒有，一點都不暖！！！（冷氣還沒試過），可以説這空調就是一個擺設，或許是空調功率太小，撐不起這個房間，洗髮水沐浴露那個容器 按半天才出一點點，水壓有時正常有時小得可憐。我這是作為一個顧客的真實評價，希望老闆看到了，可以聽取一下顧客的意見，改善一下自身的不足，這樣生意才會越做越好。

這家酒店真的很不錯！環境乾淨整潔，房間佈置温馨，床睡着特別舒服。工作人員態度熱情，有問題響應很快。早餐花樣多，味道也好吃。位置方便，周邊買東西、吃飯都容易。性價比很高，推薦入住！

出差很多，經常住酒店，沒有住過這麼差這麼不順心的。前台服務非常差，態度也是。訂的是大床，下午兩點入住告知大床沒有了，強行給我換了雙床房，沒有房間那怎麼能訂？告訴前台我們開車了，提前也反覆問了停車場在哪，明明知道我開車的情況下，沒有告訴出門要停車票，也不願意送下來，還嘴硬説已經告訴了。真的是服氣。
一個酒店，沒有什麼值錢的擺設，就要收300元按金，也沒見更好的酒店收或者收這麼多。到時間退房，也説了房卡在房間裏，自己沒有在去12點或者14點去敲門確認，單方強行扣我按金。真就是不建議出差的時候入住這裏，非常麻煩。
另外，酒店的花灑水壓根本不夠，牙刷質量一般，還掉毛，衞生更加一般。
