1.前台小姐姐服務態度差
2.在平台已經下單，準備開房，前台居然説沒人搞衞生，沒給開鐘點房休息；（酒店無誠意）
平台協調後才給入住
3.開房後，房間和圖片差別極大，圖片25-30平米，實際10-15平米，房間衞生間無窗。
