I heard that it opened in October last year, with a fresh and clean decoration and complete facilities. The girl at the front desk was warm and considerate. The laundry service was very suitable for us who had been away for many days. The front desk and floor waiters had a good attitude. The breakfast was exquisite, clean and safe to eat! The people of Guangxi are simple and kind. Next time I come to Hechi, I will definitely stay here again. I would like to praise Oda at the front desk and the two girls at the front desk when we checked in at around 6pm on the 25th. Warm, thoughtful and considerate.

GGuest UserThe hotel we stayed in during the March 3 holiday, the hotel facilities are a bit old. The room is a suite, it's big, with a big bed and a children's bed. The TV is small and there's nothing to watch. Parking is convenient but tight, and you can see the City Hall Square from the window. There are a few desserts for afternoon tea, and I like the auntie for supper, she cooked beef brisket noodles and it tasted good, and there were only a few options for breakfast. Overall, it's average and worthy of the price of more than 300. But the hotel management is terrible. The check-in time is 14:00, but we arrived at 16:00 and were told that we couldn't check in because the guests hadn't checked out. The boy-themed room we said we wanted to keep when we booked it was not available, so we were given a pink girl's room. Finally, we waited for an hour for the auntie to clean up, and the front desk said that there was nothing they could do if the guests didn't check out, and they were not apologetic at all, meaning that if you don't stay in the room they arranged, then you won't be able to stay.

KKLimWe select this hotel as we have an early train next morning but the room turned out to be better than expected, spacious and clean. The reception, 小黄 was warm and friendly for our checking-in. When cigarette smell spread to our room at night from the ventilation, she risked the wrath of her manager and got permission to shift us to another floor which we greatly appreciate. It was our 5th hotel in Guangxi and the hotel breakfast was the best so far. 1st time got coffee at breakfast.
