Atour Properties in Hefei

I was in Hefei for a night on the way back to Shanghai from the west. The hotel is very close (under ten minutes) to the Hefeinan train station and it is also a well known chain in China. So the quality is good, the room is spacious and the staff are also ready with water, etc. which I found to be considerate. The price was also quite good though I don't know how other hotels would compare in Hefei as I haven't really visited the city before. But I have no complaints about the hotel and would stay again if I had to stay in Hefei.

I rushed to the hotel from the train station. As soon as I entered the lobby, I was handed two cups of tea to warm my heart. When I left the hotel, I was given two bottles of mineral water. The overall layout of the hotel is very warm. There are many flowers in the lobby and other places. Now they will also prepare some fruit teas attentively. The breakfast is also delicious. The bedding in the room is very comfortable. Atour's bedding has always been great! There will be free porridge in the evening, etc. The room is clean and quiet, and the requirements in the remarks are basically met! I will choose Atour when I go out in the future

The hotel is still insufficient compared to the newer Atour. It may be the earlier Atour. The room is cramped. The lounge chair looks a bit dirty and stained. The hotel design is unreasonable. The elevator is far from the room. But fortunately, it is Atour. The overall business trip or travel is still possible. Close to the subway station, it is very convenient to go anywhere.

The room was decent. However, regarding the 24-hour shuttle service to/from Hefei South Station, it was absolutely horrendous. When I met the driver in the morning, I immediately informed him I was in a hurry. He dismissively replied, 'No worries, no worries, there's no rush, you'll make it.' As I went to get into the front passenger seat and opened the door, the driver abruptly asked, 'Can't you sit in the back?' I clarified, 'Do you mean the very back or the middle row?' (It was a three-row vehicle, and he was gesturing towards the middle). He simply repeated, 'Can't you sit in the back?' Seriously, if you don't allow passengers in the front seat, you should either block it off or at least have the middle or back doors open beforehand, especially since the handle for the middle door isn't even obvious. He then wasted several minutes arguing with me about this front passenger seat issue, despite my repeated reminders that I was pressed for time. He started driving painstakingly slowly, only reaching a normal speed after we'd passed two traffic lights. I stand by every word I've said; if there were cameras in the car, they would surely corroborate this. It was absolutely infuriating.

She was all smiles throughout, and check-in was incredibly fast. She also patiently provided information on nearby restaurants and parking. Those driving will absolutely love it; the free parking lot is large and spacious, so finding a parking spot is no longer a problem. Entering the room was a delightful surprise! The smart room control system is incredibly convenient; voice commands can adjust the lights and curtains. The screen projection for working overtime is crystal clear. Combined with the cloud-soft bedding, I could fall asleep instantly after a late-night work session. The soundproofing was so good that I couldn't hear any outside noise. The bathroom details were even more impressive—individually packaged alcohol wipes were provided next to the toilet, and the toiletries were from LELABO. Even the cotton swabs and shower caps were individually packaged in different colors—perfect for someone with a cleanliness obsession. The dining and value-added services are a huge plus! The buffet breakfast offers a wonderful mix of Chinese and Western options, with an incredibly diverse selection, from fried dough sticks and soy milk to bread and desserts. If you're in a rush, you can even take some home. I had some dirty laundry from my business trip that I wanted to send to the dry cleaners, but the laundry room had four washer-dryer combos, and the staff even helped me with that. When I picked it up, it was already neatly folded and packed in a bag, and the laundry detergent smelled wonderful. At checkout, the front desk even offered me a refreshing drink. Looking out the window at the expansive view of Luogang Park before leaving was truly therapeutic. From check-in to check-out, every service showed thoughtful attention to detail. Whether for business or leisure travel, this is definitely a top choice. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hefei!

Even more surprising were the thoughtful touches—a late-night bowl of warm porridge, a bottle of warm mineral water upon departure, and a handwritten welcome card—all made me feel like a neighbor even while on the go. The breakfast was rich and healthy, and the Bamboo House Book Bar was tranquil and elegant. It truly embodies the saying ”three-star prices, five-star service.” Atour will definitely be my first choice for your next trip!

This hotel is a very good one for me. From the front desk to the room, all services are in place, from the bedding to the shower room are in place. Breakfast is the most satisfying for me. There are many categories and praise! I will continue to stay in the future and I am very satisfied!

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the University of Science and Technology of China. The breakfast is very good, the room has an unbeatable view and is quite spacious. The water temperature is also good and the room is very clean. The key point is that the front desk service is very good, and there is also a lot of love here, allowing passers-by to come in and take shelter from the wind and rain. Overall very good.

I often stay at this hotel, but this time it gave me a different feeling. Last time I had dinner and drank too much with my friends and I didn’t make a reservation in advance. When I arrived at the hotel, it was already fully booked. I had already drunk so much that I don’t remember, but my friends arrived the next day. The hotel came to see me, and the hotel staff told him about my situation. He said that the girl at the front desk saw that I had drunk too much and couldn’t find my car keys. I didn’t know where my shoes were, so they helped me contact a nearby hotel to book a room. He helped me get a pair of hotel slippers to put on, and helped me take a taxi to my apartment. On the way, I vomited in the taxi, and helped me pay for the taxi fare and car wash fee [face covering] It was really heart-warming and helped me solve my problem. In the future, Atour is the first choice for hotel stays.

Hefei Atour X Hotel is so pleasantly surprised! The location is convenient, the subway is out, and it is super convenient to eat, drink and play around. The room was clean and tidy, the design was very stylish, and the bedding was comfortable. The front desk lady was super enthusiastic and sent a tea bag soon after check-in. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes great. Quiet at night, not noisy, sleep particularly soundly. Next time I come to Hefei, I will still live here, highly recommended!
