AC was not working correct y and made a strange noise all night. Also the shower was very hot or very cold. Breakfast was poor and all Chinese. Definitely not a hotel for an international traveler.

Very pleasant experience overall. The room was very clean and had a lot of free gifts that are generally paid for elsewhere. Breakfast was a little sparse but had the usual noodle bar and just enough variety. The only thing lacking was decent coffee. Special mention to the guy manning the reception desk who was very helpful and friendly. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The staff at the reception was super friendly and helpful especially 胡思雨 (Hu Siyu), she gave us great indications on where to go in the city and even called a taxi for us. Many thanks again🙏🏻😊

200m away from line 5 mrt. Great room with full automation. Use face recognition to open room door. Room use xiaoai control sysem. Bed is big for family with 2 kids.

The hotel room bathroom is leaking and cause a bad smell, although upgrade a new room but still the same Need a lot of maintenance and repair.

Very uncomfortable dining room , chairs too low compared the dining table. Very poor breakfast with no butter knife for jam. The room (at least what I’ve chosen) was badly designed with no space for luggage… furthermore the bathroom was releasing an awful smell that led me to leave the hotel after only one night. I’ve read all the comments before book this hotel but I guess all those positive comments comes from friends .

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options every morning. The location was also ideal—close to popular attractions but tucked away enough for a quiet night’s sleep. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip!
