The hotel's surroundings are lovely with beautiful scenery. The room was spotless, and the service was excellent. They provided a free breakfast for my child and even washed my student's mosquito net for free. Overall, a fantastic experience.

The location is convenient, close to the subway station, and surrounded by shops and restaurants. You can see Swan Lake from the room, perfect for a run around the lake. The hotel also has a gym and swimming pool for workouts. The breakfast is unique, and guests receive complimentary fruit upon check-in. The service is warm and friendly, and there are small cookies provided as a late-night snack.

The room was very comfortable and luxurious. The staff very friendly. There is a gym with a pool and wooden saun.

The Hefei Swan Lake Hotel boasts an excellent location right next to Swan Lake, offering expansive lake views. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and responsive. The amenities are comprehensive, and the breakfast selection is rich. It's very convenient for walks and is the top choice for stays in the Government Affairs District. My experience was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

On my way back during the May Day holiday, I spontaneously decided to visit the Anhui Provincial Museum in Hefei. I chose to stay at the Swan Lake Hotel because of a co-branded event I saw at the Yuzhou Hotel in Chongqing during the Qingming Festival. I was certainly not disappointed! The service was incredibly attentive, and the location was absolutely perfect. It was definitely a worthwhile trip.

This hotel is right next to Swan Lake, offering a beautiful environment and convenient transportation. The rooms are well-equipped, with instant hot water and very comfortable beds. On the fourth floor, there's a swimming pool and gym, which guests can access directly. The pool water is clean, and the gym has a good selection of equipment. We even received complimentary fruit delivered to our room. Most importantly, the staff's service attitude is incredibly warm. They promptly contacted us when we left an item in the room during checkout, allowing us to retrieve it. A huge thank you to them! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 If I come to Hefei again, I'll definitely stay here. I highly recommend it to my friends.

The room was very spacious, and the hotel upgraded us to a high-floor lake-view room. Although the facilities were a bit dated, the location was absolutely fantastic with an excellent view. We had a great stay. The breakfast was plentiful, offering a good mix of both Western and Chinese options.

The location is good and the environment is pleasant, but the furnishings are a bit dated. For charging your phone by the bed, you can only use the hotel-provided charging head; there are no available sockets if you want to use your own charging cable. The Panda Restaurant downstairs has a great atmosphere and the pasta is good, but the noodles were too al dente – I was worried they'd be hard to digest.

All staff are very helpful. Services are very good with free tea at hotel hall. We received free fruits during our stay. Front desk upgraded our room with lake view. Unfortunately it has been raining for the last few days. We can’t get a better picture of the lake. We enjoyed our stay.

The lake view rooms offer a fantastic panorama of Swan Lake and surrounding landmarks like the Anhui Gate. Transportation is also great, with quick access to major city roads, elevated highways, and the ring road via the South Second Ring Road. Overall, the stay at Swan Lake Hotel was fantastic, and I'll definitely choose it again on my next visit to Hefei.
