這家酒店位置挺便利，房間一般乾淨，整體偏小，住起來有點壓抑。而且床墊感覺偏硬，睡起來不舒服，因為是機器人送餐，速度可能偏慢。但因為價格原因，那就總體還行，有機會再看看其他的😉

昨天晚上吃飯回酒店，因為手機沒有電關機，讓前台幫忙掃一個充電寶開機我立馬自己掃，前台的服務非常非常不好，各種理由各種藉口嘴臉就像還珠格格里麪的容嬤嬤，我都不知道怎麼形容當時的那種情況，前台服務員不穿工作服，，沒有培訓上崗，給人家一種就是，我是前台我説什麼就是什麼，本人錄了當時視頻還保存在手機裏，怎麼看怎麼煩，不推薦大家預訂他們家酒店，非常非常非常不推薦，各位避雷多活幾年不要被氣到了！

冷！冷的沒法睡覺！房間是獨立空調，估計是功率不夠，來了一宿都暖和不起來。換了一間房，還不如這間呢，空調乾脆不吹風，遙控器都沒電！不換了，穿着秋衣秋褲穿着襪子睡的。我想説的是，房間冷，空調不管事，這都能理解，但是沒有解決的辦法嗎？不能準備幾個暖風機嗎？另外服務給1分是前台白班男員工和夜班保安兄弟，還有前臺中班的女員工都不錯，前台夜班矮個子女員工，不説了，大過年的沒意思，我也沒欠你們錢，沒必要這個態度！最後祝酒店生意興隆吧！各項問題解決好了，還是不錯的酒店！

從來沒住過酒店拖鞋要收費的，南翔的酒店有種一次性的拖鞋，你脱在酒店他不收費，我和前台説因為我們是駕車長者直接穿着拖鞋坐車腳舒服一些，酒店工作人員説不行，這種一次性拖鞋必須脱在酒店裡才不收費，真的無語。

服務太差了，要兩瓶水打了幾個電話，到最後還是自己出去購買，衞生間進去人都轉不過來，床上還有長頭髮，這個體驗實在是差，不建議到這裏去住。

差透了，前台接待面無表情，看似很禮貌，實責冷冰冰的，房型不給升級，加錢才能升級，結果第二天續住的時候説給他們好評就給我們升級。。呵呵，剛入住的時候告知不給升級。入住前幾天打電話諮詢的是可以升級，看情況而定，結果到了直接説沒有，那是之前的。
第二：房間裏的燒水壺上一個客人在裏面煮火鍋，壺裡全是油，這種房間竟然還售賣給下一個客人。要不是生病了要燒熱水都不知道里麪這麼臟。。
