The hotel impressed us by its cleaniness and convenient location, as it’s a newly built one. Staffs are friendly and treated us nicely, although they cannot speak English well but still try their best efforts to explain to us. We booked a room for three people and only 2 breakfast offered in the original booking, but when we reached at the hotel the receptionist told us we can all enjoy the breaskfast without paying for one more. Very supportive and a big plus to the customer service. Breakfast offers various dishes with both Chinese and Western styles. This hotel would defenitely oan ideal choice when we come back to Heifei in the future.

I woke up from the heat and wanted to open the window, but it was very difficult to open it. I stayed for two nights and it was unpleasant. It was all flashy and useless. I reported many problems to the front desk. I felt that the front desk staff also knew about these problems of the hotel, but they could not solve them. However, they kept helping us find solutions.
