Ok location , rooms are clean , convenient transportation , it’s in the middle of the city and many shops around

The room facility is very little, and it is not very convenient. For example, there is no shampoo and the curtain is not wide enough to cover the whole window. The good part is that the breakfast is not bad.

All in all, not a terrible stay. When we first got there to check in the front desk was closed even though it was 5pm and check in was until 10, and the automatic check in machine was broken with a note on it to pick up our room keys at the hotel across the street. We went there and they had no idea what we were talking about so we had to carry our luggage back across the street after contacting trip.com who replied IMMEDIATELY (thank you guys so much your customer service is incredible!) we got the number to call the hotel after hours and it turns out they forgot to leave our keys so they sent someone back over to let us into our room. We got into our room and it wasn’t the room we booked, it was a room in the attic that on one side I couldn’t even stand up without hitting my head (I’m 5”3) but it had AC and it was a place to rest our heads so it could wait until morning. The next day when we came down we mentioned the room error and the look the first guy gave me was full of contempt, so his customer service was awful. I know I don’t look like a conventional woman with my hair and tattoos and I understand different cultures can collide but that’s fine, though when the manager came to talk to my fiancé his attitude perked up a bit and he found a smile. They got us in the correct room and this room was a normal size but the ac unit for that room is a portable roll about one that the hose wasn’t sticking out the window with the netting correctly and they tried to come fix it (duct tape) but then the hose broke but my fiancé found a way to shove it out the window and it took awhile to get the room cooled down but then it was great. After that the rest of the trip went well, the woman with the copper/red hair was super nice and overall we really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was a really good breakfast and the hotel is in a great location with secure parking. Check out Lino’s around the corner for fantastic drinks and the döner place downstairs is killer. It’s most important that most Germans don’t approve of AC so keep that in mind if that’s important to you that you double verify where you book. All the trouble aside we would definitely stay here again, just don’t count on the blow dryer in the room or the AC to work and room service may need to be requested multiple times.

Check in after 17 with key in safety box

The room is large, but feels very old, and the bed is very comfortable! The front desk service is a bit basic. To park, you need to go to a nearby parking lot, which costs 17 euros for a whole day.

Apart from being convenient for getting out, this hotel has no merits. It smells very bad of paint. A young man with a very good service attitude in front of us told us that we can get a room at 1 o'clock. Later, when the shift changed, we were not allowed to check in until 4 o'clock anyway. We are rigid and don't know how to adapt.

Spacious, bright and hygienic, without the smell of old houses. The location is very good. It is located at the corner of the old city center, opposite the square transportation hub. There is a large department store in front and a supermarket in the back. There are many restaurants around and there are many restaurants on the pedestrian street opposite, which is full of style. Note that there is only Wi-Fi in public areas; there is no air conditioning, but there are fans and heaters; the private parking lot is diagonally across the road, and the parking garage driveway is very narrow, so you need to go to the front desk to get the garage key first. The hotel is located in the city center near the river. It is very hygienic and easy to access. I particularly recommend the Middle Eastern restaurant downstairs. The roasted pig's trotters are so delicious that I managed to finish a whole plate of rice with it.

The only advantage of his superiority is that it is more convenient to be in Bismarck Square. Because of the first day of arrival, I immediately booked the hotel, but the arrangement is very detailed in the attic on the 4th floor. I think it is more than 600 yuan to live in the attic, which is like a worker's room.
