I was very satisfied. I stayed at this hotel chain in both Frankfurt and Heidelberg. The service was great, and the hygiene and facilities were also good. I thought the location was pretty good too. Traveling alone, I felt quite happy with my stay. There's a #33 bus stop nearby that goes directly to Heidelberg, which was very convenient.

It was scorching hot during our two-day stay. Even though there was air conditioning, we really wanted some ice water! Unfortunately, the mini-fridge in the room wasn't cooling, so we had to ask the front desk to store our drinks in their fridge. That was quite a letdown. On the bright side, there's a sports park nearby, perfect for a post-dinner stroll.

The room was clean! The hallway windows need to be opened, otherwise there's an odor. The breakfast was also very rich. The service was just so-so; one staff member quoted one price for extending our stay by a night, and the next day another staff member said the price had gone up by over 80 RMB. And there's no elevator!!!

It wasn't bad at all, although I found the outdoor parking quite expensive at €15 for less than 12 hours, especially since it was located away from the city and only had a simple barrier. However, the breakfast was extraordinary, with a great variety and everything was delicious.

This stay was very pleasant, with a big parking area and very nice, clean and big rooms. The breakfast has a lot of variety and stood out in comparison to other hotels. With our car it took us less than 10 min to park in Galeria city center. I would recommend this hotel very much. It is an ideal place ,great value for money and very comfortable.

The hotel is located in the suburbs, next to a gas station. The front desk staff was just okay. There was construction/renovation during check-in. The hallway was dripping water. The room was very small. I requested twin beds but got a double bed. Not good!

Traveling for business. A better choice than my previous stay at a hotel behind the Heidelberg bahnof station. It was out of my expectation that the room includes a bathtub. Very nice and smiley staff makes one feel truly welcomed. Ample parking space. Fair selection of foods for breakfast. I would most certainly choose Leonardo Hotel Heidelberg when I return to this city.
