地理位置非常好，房間寬敞明亮，乾淨整潔，附近都是美食，超市應有盡有，停車很方便，就是供暖沒開，晚上有點冷！

2 500一晚的住宿 ，就給兩瓶礦泉水 水喝完了問保潔阿姨車上拿了一瓶不給我 直接搶回去了，然後去前台要 前台跟我説沒有水 每個房間都衹有兩瓶 多一瓶都沒有！震驚我的三觀 80塊錢旅館礦泉水都管夠，你們不倒閉每一位遊客都有責任

第一次進去的那間窗户是壞的（電話裏還説啥窗户怎麼會關不上呢，搞得我弄壞的一樣）。 換了一間，被子下面床單上有個蟲子，有長頭髮，一整個無語住，溝通也不説解決辦法換房間升級啥的也不説，實在不想動了也懶得吵就説給換一套床單被套吧，然後進來了三個保潔進來換了一下，一直在民族語言交流一些抱怨的話（他們以為我們聽不懂其實我們大致可以聽懂一些蒙語），負責人全程未露面未表示歉意，出門在外為了安全決定忍一下。最後，奉勸大家：巴音布魯克有好多酒店民宿，基本上都可以找到住的地方，千萬別著急下單！

房間寬敞乾淨設施完備，服務人員工作到位，尤其是前台小姐姐態度好有問題馬上解決，我們此行因為有長者孩子，所定房間離電梯較遠有所不便，前台小姐姐馬上給調整了房間，這種急顧客所急為顧客着想的工作態度讓我們深受感動，應予表揚點一個大大的贊。

離巴音布魯克景區較近，設施、衞生、環境都不錯。可以把車停在酒店門口，比較方便。就是房間的大小花灑的轉換器壞了，雖然不是大問題，但應該及時修理。其他不錯。

不錯，乾乾淨淨的，老闆很好，幫肋旅客怎樣去辦理入景區的流程及辦理手續，發現旅客拉在客房內的財務及時打電話告之並歸還。拾金不眛。

設施：非常齊全，該有的都有。
衞生：很好，很乾凈，酒店各個位置收拾的很不錯。
環境：樓下就有超市商店，地下一還是酒店的飯店，走個800米就到巴音布魯克景區遊客中心，很方便。
服務：很周到，就是不帶早餐服務，地下一有早餐，一開始不知道，就一直在另一家飯館吃早餐了。
整體感覺還是可以的，就是價格稍貴不帶早餐，但畢竟是在獨庫公路中間休息的位置，還在景區旁邊，確實有優勢。

酒店衞生一般，房間被子鄒巴巴的，好像沒有換過，可能旺季遊客太多吧！要求開發票，前台服務員説會發過來，結果兩天後發過來的發票怎麼也打不開，一再聯繫酒店，才把正式發票發過來。
