Lovely sea view room was very clean bed comfortable can't fault my stay lam a solo traveller and the staff were very helpfull and reassuring as iam an older person .the hotel is close to the shore and shops there are excellent resturants chinese Indian Italian Spanish,when the sun shines overlooking the Loch is stunning .

The hotel is very dated.on arrival the sign has fallen down and rotten. Waited for star to arrive to book us in. Paid extra as only room available,£10 for a posh coffee pod machine and 2 Kit Kats Limited power sockets.That old that key was given for access.Money to be spent on hotel but the travel lodge desperately needs it.

This was an excellent price for March and succeeded in many areas, warm, comfortable bed, clean and tidy, decent TV, great location. I was concerned about the flimsy Yale lock on the door, and the continually open internal doors, such that anyone could wander into the corridors. So we took all our valuables out with us. Travelodge head office need to give the place a great budget to bring things like this up to scratch, rehang the outdoor signs (lying on the pavement) replace the 1980s wooden desk etc, to drag it into the 21st century. Because it deserves it.

Excellent price in March, warm, clean, tidy, bathroom OK. Great location. But internal security and room doors need updating, tiny Yale key for the room seemed very outdated these days, Head office need to provide a budget to make this place really special

Booked this hotel last minute due to a family member coming home from a few months away, nice hotel we had an issue with a security light constantly on during throughout the night. Main issue was the over inflated price due to the circumstances £230 for 1 night

Excellent stay Excellent Location and lovely and clean rooms We had a drink outside in pub which is joined to the Travelodge and free parking would recommend. We used it for a overnight stay on our way to Oban and it was ideal and all the staff were lovely and friendly

Another excellent stay. This is a great hotel. The staff are amazing. We have family in Helensburgh and would not stay anywhere else. The rooms are clean and cosy. The bar is warm and friendly. Thankyou for looking after us. We will see you all soon.

The staff are all very friendly and go out of their way to help. The hotel is in desperate need of maintenance and refurbishment though.

Not the first time I have been at Helenburgh Travelodge, been here for 6 weeks and once again excellent service from all staff, cant fault it rooms are clean and well serviced, the staff go above and beyond and are extremely friendly. Its in a great location, loads of parking and close by to pubs and amenities, wont hesitate in booking without work.
