Nice and clean Great location Happy breakfast But a but small for 3 people room

Overall not bad to stayed at this hotel with easy access and drove 10 mins for a good restaurant nearby.

Easy to get parking at this hotel. Hotel staffs are friendly. There is 2 hot water tubs and sauna room facilities free to access. Room is clean and tidy. Recommended to stay here.

The hotel is perfectly located, walking distance from the public bus stop. They have excellent amenities to keep you involved if it's bad weather outside. Almost never bad weather to enjoy the hot tub and sauna. Food is good, beers are amazing only two options though. Staff is friendly and nice. Enjoyed my 3 night stay here. Thanks

My apartment has a private hot pool which is awesome and the breakfast was delicious.

Nice hotel with good restaurant and good breakfast

The hotel is quite large, with a large reception team, poor front desk service, and unskilled staff. When we checked in, she said she had upgraded our room, but in fact, she gave us an accessible room. After negotiation and waiting for nearly 45 minutes, she gave us a room that was not the type we booked. We complained to Ctrip, and they finally helped resolve the issue.

The hotel has a lot of rooms, likely due to the gradual additions, so it's quite noisy and packed with tour groups. The most unacceptable thing is that breakfast is almost guaranteed to be a fight. Breakfast runs from 7 to 10 a.m., and by 9:15 a.m., the restaurant was already sold out, and I didn't see any more seats until I left. Furthermore, the woman at the check-in desk was very rude and irritable, and was reluctant to answer any questions. Hella isn't particularly touristy, and tour groups simply can't book accommodations in other popular hotels in the south. We were staying here for a short one-night stop while in the highlands, otherwise we wouldn't have stayed here.

The hotel rooms are relatively small, but they are basically enough. The parking lot is very convenient and suitable for self-driving travel. There are supermarkets and restaurants opposite, which feels good.

If you are traveling around the island, starting from Reykjavik, after visiting the three main attractions of the Golden Circle, you might as well choose this hotel as your first night's stop, and then easily visit the various waterfalls in front of the town of Vik and the remains of the plane wreck on the second day. Although the room is 16 square meters, the layout is still livable. The hotel has an anonymous breakfast and a hot spring. Don't have too high expectations and it's OK.
