We went to Stranda to ski, but the weather and skiing conditions were bad that weekend! Buuut.... Overvoll Farm, on the other hand, had a warm and welcoming atmosphere with great service and an excellent food experience. Remember really well laying in bed hearing the wind blasting outside, and at the same time hearing and smelling that things were happening in the kitchen. We were served several dishes for dinner with deer stew, gratinated potatoes, and several types of salads. Some of the dishes had a Japanese twist to them, based on inspiration the hostess had gathered during her travels. The breakfast we received the following morning was also great. We hebben genoten van het oude authentieke pand en de zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse. Zij is een warm persoon die zelf het diner en het ontbijt verzorgt. Je eet er samen met de andere gasten aan een grote tafel en komt zo met hen in gesprek, erg leuk! Bij het eten ontbreekt het je aan niets. Het diner is misschien iets wat je niet zelf zou kiezen, maar het smaakte fantastisch! Het is met passie bereid en dat proef je. Laat je verrassen!

Nos encantó todo; la anfitriona es super amable, MARAVILLOSA, su arte en la cocina es increíble, nos deleitó con una cena de lujo, una explosión de sabores, tan diferentes, y a la vez todo junto combinado entre sí encajaba a la perfección. El desayuno, por supuesto, estaba igualmente a la altura, todo casero y riquísimo. Pudimos hacer el check in antes, y nada mas llegar le ofreció a mis niños unos juguetes para que jugaran, quedaron encantados. La habitación enoooorme y preciosa, cómoda, bien decorada. Todo limpio e impecable, nos ofreció el uso de la cocina si necesitabamos y el baño era compartido solamente con otra pareja. Siempre limpio. Fue una estancia de lo mas agradable, pues tuvimos la grandísima suerte de coincidir y compartir mesa con personas maravillosas que estaban allí alojadas también. Un lugar altamente recomendable, sin duda alguna.

Accueil très chaleureux de notre hôtesse. Nous avons été choyés et bien conseillés au niveau de nos projets de ski. La ferme est typique, la chambre très agréable et l'ambiance montagnarde. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et copieux et nous nous sommes régalés d'un savoureux diner. Merci à Hege Kristin !
