I arrived at 11 o'clock in the middle of the night and the staff was able to receive me normally. However, the room card is often difficult to use, which does not affect the check-in experience.

Right at Stora torget in Helsinborg, you can walk everywhere. Lots of restaurants and shops around, 5 min walk to train station and ferries, 10 min walk to the concert hall.
Breakfast and cleaning ladies lovely, reception somewhat stiff.
Beautiful building, use the main stairs so you can see for yourself!

This hotel was beautiful! Our room had the best view of the Kärnan and we even had a balcony! The beds are very comfortable and breakfast was great-many options. Our only disappointment was that the sauna was broken and the sauna was the reason we chose this hotel. We loved our stay but that was a downerfor us!

Be careful about parking
Parking was very confusing and it cost me a 1000 kr ticket. And the parking spot was right in front of the hotel. They could have done a much better job of customer service.
