Waldorf Astoria Helsinki

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and found it to be a good option for its average price range. The location was convenient, the rooms were generally clean, and the staff were polite and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and the hotel provided the basic facilities needed for a comfortable visit. The bed was comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet enough to allow for a good night’s sleep. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Some parts of the room appeared slightly worn, and the bathroom could have been cleaner and better maintained. The Wi-Fi connection was also inconsistent at times, which was inconvenient. In addition, the breakfast selection was acceptable but somewhat limited, especially for guests staying several nights. A little more variety and fresher options would make a noticeable difference. Overall, the hotel offered a good experience for the price. It was not luxurious as other Waldorf Astoria , but it provided reasonable comfort, friendly service, and a convenient place to stay.

Fab. Quiet in residential area. Location is not in city centre. Assigned to a different room type (accessible) from what was booked but managed to change rooms. Note when checking in with this hotel.

As always. This hotel is the best hotel in Helsinki definitely. The spa facility is great, the cleaning room service is also always timely and precise. The spa staff was the best person I have ever met. He is a decent guy. I will use this hotel again. The only problem with this hotel would be the restaurant. Don't use it.

It’s quite a nice hotel, we celebrated CE there and are quite happy.
