We had a fantastic stay, even though our room was tucked away in the corner and a bit of a walk from the lift, it turned out a super bright view through the window and got to witness a stunning sunrise! The room itself was surprisingly spacious for two people, and the bathroom was neat, tidy, and came equipped with 4-5 clothes hangers. Another major plus is the location! super convenient which surrounded by several great breakfast spots and supermarkets where we could easily grab groceries and snacks for the night. Would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

Love this hotel! The stay was comfortable and everything was convenient. No matter which country I travel to, I always choose this hotel. Highly recommend!

1. The price is moderate, about 100.0 to 120.0 EUR per night, and the accommodation quality is good. 2. The room view is decent, and the room itself is very clean. 3. The hotel does not have a restaurant. For breakfast, you need to go to 'Cafe Roasberg' next to the hotel. It's a standard European breakfast, but as an Asian, I can't objectively rate it because I personally prefer Asian cuisine. 4. Both check-in and check-out were very easy. If I had any questions, I could easily find the hotel staff to ask.

The location is super convenient! The subway station is right downstairs, along with tram lines 3 and 9. Just a short walk away is the famous Red House, plus a LiDL and a K supermarket. The lobby even has a self-service kitchen and a ping-pong table. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Excellent location. Multiple tram and metro stations are just a short walk away, and there are two supermarkets nearby. The room is compact and clean, perfect for solo travelers. I'd love to stay here again.

The area around the hotel in Helsinki was a bit too quiet. The hotel itself was good, but parking was inconvenient. It's self check-in, and really only suitable if you're driving, otherwise, it's not very convenient to get to the city center.

The room was spacious and had air conditioning. It's a bit of a walk to the bus stop, but the metro station is really close by. There's also a supermarket near the hotel. Breakfast is served at the cafe next door. If you have some free time, you can take a stroll around the lake in the nearby park, which is quite large and beautiful! BTW, it's definitely better than the Citybox in Tallinn!

Booked this for my kids. It's a hotel in downtown Helsinki, very convenient with great access to transportation. Most of the places they usually go to are within walking distance. The only downsides are that there's no sauna and the self-service laundry costs extra.

The hotel was very user-friendly and easy to navigate. It was incredibly helpful that it was so close to the station exit – I just had to go around the back and I was there! There were also two supermarkets near the station, which made it convenient to pick up snacks, drinks, and dinner.

The hotel is conveniently located near the station and easy to find. There's a direct bus, route 600, from the airport, which was super convenient. Check-in and check-out were both very smooth and fast. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was really comfortable! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in town!

We reached at midnight due to a delay in our flight, and there’s no staff around at all. After finding clues, we found out we had to check in on our own in the machines provided. There could have been better signage to point out this or chat to the travel agencies, especially during hours that there’s no staff around to prevent wasting time. There’s no cleaning given to the rooms on days 1& 2, and cleaning will be done on day 3, so if you stay just for 2 nights? Bummer like ours. However, to our surprise, the trash bin in the toilet was not cleaned, and there’s even blood there! It was a very unpleasant experience for us. It’s one thing not to clean for 2 nights, but at least make sure everything is properly cleaned! We found out on our own also that there’s free storage, but you had to activate it correctly before checking out; otherwise, it would not work. Thankfully, we found out about this on time; otherwise, we would incur charges and hassle to keep our luggage in luggage services elsewhere since we would not be able to keep things inside the room without a card issued by the machine. Again, it’s one thing to do everything automatically, but you must inform customers first on this. Hotel location was great. Not so far from metro and tram station. At midnight, tram was still working from the central station to the hotel side thankfully as metro has closed for the day. I have not tried the metro since tram is more convenient to go to the sightseeing places.
