Although the room was small, it was very comfortable. The male staff member who checked us in was also very friendly. The location is pretty good too; it's about a 10-minute walk from the main central station, and there's a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. Getting to attractions is also easy.

We had a family room with a sauna, but there was no door between the rooms. The sofa bed for the child was old and saggy. The hotel has a great central location and an excellent breakfast. The staff is very friendly. The luggage storage room is very small, and often there isn't enough space for all the suitcases.

The room accommodated three people with two single beds and an extra bed. The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from the Helsinki train station. The only drawback is that the room's facilities are comparable to a two-star hotel or inn in China. The bathroom fixtures work but are very old. You'd need to be 178cm tall and on your tiptoes to look out the window. It reminded me of a song called "Tears Behind Iron Bars." This was our last hotel of the trip. Since we only stayed one night, it was the worst value for money of the entire journey. This might be due to Helsinki's high prices, but the front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and check-out. If you usually expect a four-star standard or higher, I'd advise caution with this choice.

The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Compared to other more expensive hotels, they had a wider variety of cheeses and they tasted great. For this price, with such good breakfast and a convenient location, I'm very satisfied. Excellent value for money. It was a shame there were no tissues in the room. I was genuinely surprised that a hotel wouldn't provide them. The location was super convenient for sightseeing. The Cathedral and the Central Station are both very close. There's also a supermarket right next door, and a Fazer café nearby. If you're staying here, I highly recommend visiting the nearby Helsinki Botanical Garden too (see the last 3 photos). It was a beautiful place. They also have a sauna, which was amazing because no one else was there, and I could even do some löyly.

The only thing worth mentioning was the location. The facilities left a lot to be desired.

The room was decent, quite spacious, and the slanted skylight added a nice ambiance. Its central location was a big plus – I guess Helsinki city center isn't huge, so getting around was super convenient. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room they assigned us was good. So, overall, the hotel room was fine. The only minor drawback was that the showerhead in the bathroom wasn't great, but everything else was good.
