Overall, the stay was fairly average. The hotel facilities are somewhat dated, and both the guest rooms and public areas show some signs of age. If you have high expectations for the overall quality of the accommodation, it may be better to manage your expectations. Cleanliness could also be improved, as some details did not feel thoroughly cleaned. I hope the hotel can improve its daily maintenance and housekeeping standards. On the positive side, the front desk staff were very warm, friendly, and helpful. Communication was pleasant, and they were willing to assist whenever there was an issue, which was definitely a highlight of the stay. There also appears to be some construction or road work taking place outside the hotel at the moment, so getting in and out requires a slight detour, which can be a little inconvenient, especially for first-time guests. Overall, the service is a strong point, but the facilities, cleanliness, and access around the hotel could still be improved.

Location is good,walking distance to Central Railway station and tram stop.Breakfast is good but not fantastic. Bed comfortable but layout of the bed facing the window is a bit odd. Hotel is a bit old.

The Hiton hotel facilities and cleanliness were excellent, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were also very helpful and explained everything clearly, so I didn't encounter any problems. The breakfast selection was extensive and everything was delicious. I loved it so much that even when I was full, I couldn't resist the temptation of dessert. I mustn't forget the excellent service from the staff. This time it was only a one-night stay, but it was a wonderful memory. I would like to stay here again next time. Thank you for everything.

Comfortable, the room was big and quiet, the check in counter was friendly. will stay again when come to Helsinki again

It is a dated hotel but overall in good condition and proximity to central locations is good

Compact and good for a solo traveller. I really appreciated the “midsummer activity list” printout. It was great for tourists to plan out what they can do. There were a few things that were a bit dusty, but otherwise I generally have a positive experience whenever I stay at a Hilton hotel. The room service was a godsend because I felt ill and didn’t have energy to go out, find food or even think about what I wanted to eat. It was delicious as well. Thank you!
