Clean, new, spacious, very convenient and best of all, a laundry/dryer. Slight issue with not getting the sofa bed ready so we have to set up ourselves. . Overall a pleasant stay.

location is easy to find , we had breakfast including just opposite to the building great choice for the start of a day

Easy checkin to the apartment. Clean room with full apartment facilities, washing machine and basic cooking available. Good lots of tv channels for entertainment Easy access to Metro and city centre Will recommend for future stay

I traveled with my friends and we spent good time enjoying the spa, cooking, and sleeping at the hotel. I will definitely stay at the hotel if I have a chance to visit Helsinki.

Place is kind of like airbnb type or digital hotel where guest self-operate through app or messaging platform. Place is big and good for families. Equipped like an apartment. Walking distance to train station and central shopping areas. Also near any food outlets.

Overall, my recent stay with Bob W was disappointing. I booked the 4-person penthouse room primarily for the use of the sauna on my last day of the trip. Firstly, pin code provided was only valid for door access to the stairs, not door to the elevator side at night. This became a significant inconvenience, especially for a female traveler like myself who arrived at night after a tiring flight. Having to carry a 20kg luggage and a 10kg carry-on up five flights of stairs was both physically demanding and frustrating. Clear arrangements on how to access the elevator at night should have been considered for guest. Secondly, check-in process was not clearly communicated, causing panic upon arrival. Unfortunately, I had to seek help from customer service on a third-party booking site and reach out via email to obtain a check-in link, which added unnecessary stress and confusion. Furthermore, instruction for turning on the sauna were unclear, and I was unable to enjoy it until the next morning at 8am, just few hours before my checkout time. I had specifically chosen the penthouse room with the sauna for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. due to the lack of clear instructions, and had to seek assistance to figure out how to operate it properly, which ate into the limited time I had available to enjoy the amenity. In conclusion, my stay with Bob W fell short of my expectations. The limited time to enjoy the amenities, issues during the check-in process and accessing the elevator, made for a less than satisfactory experience. I hope that Bob W seriously takes feedback into consideration and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more enjoyable stay for travelers in the future. Thank you

Basic hotel for staying, no services provided, self check in type of hotel. If you booking this hotel, do not book via trip.com as the hotel need self you an email to complete check in and if you book via trip.com then you will not be able to receive that email, at least I didn’t receive. This result to having issue during checking in.

I booked the stay through Trip.com. Trip.com only provided a hotel voucher but when we arrived the premises, we found out it's not a hotel and there is no reception. We spent an hour to find out how to get into the apartment. The other guests here told us that they booked the stay through other operators, they received email for online check-in. We finally managed to contact Bob W and got the email for online check-in and did the cumbersome check-in process on the street. Despite this hassel, we are happy with the accommodation. The ambience is very homey and apartment is well-equipped. Bob‘s staff is helpful and response is prompt even late at night. There is free gym service (but we have no time to try it out). The breakfast arrangement is good too. There are 3 cafes to choose from and Bob W offers discount menu in these 3 cafes.

There are generally no problems.

The location is great, convenient to go anywhere, and it even has a narrow balcony, which is rare. However, the washing machine is broken; it doesn't spin dry or dry properly, often taking three hours to wash, and the machine is still soaking wet. Contacting customer service is like talking to an AI, telling me to start over with Eco or Cotton, which takes another three hours. It's so disruptive that I can't sleep, and the machine is still wet after washing. What am I supposed to do? Also, the button panel on the left downstairs doesn't lead to the elevator! It's not! There was no explanation. I arrived in the middle of the night with a big suitcase and struggled for ages. After pressing the buttons multiple times, the keypad would lock for a few minutes, but someone answered the phone for an emergency call in the middle of the night. The next day, I saw people struggling with the same access key, and I immediately helped them out. Remember, it's not the one on the left!!

This hotel is a B&B, but the conditions are OK and the rooms are relatively large. We booked a suite with a kitchen and dining utensils. It is very close to the train station, only a 5-minute walk away, and it is quiet in a bustling city. Overall, it is good!

地點非常方便，樓下就是地鐵站，但第一天就發現沐浴乳見底，沒放到洗衣錠，廚房的鍋子也傷痕累累，畢竟就是為了洗衣機及廚房才決定入住的，客服要我自己去行李房找，結果2個都沒有，反應後隔天有補上，但感覺得出來清潔及管理上非常鬆散，櫥櫃還留著上一位房客剩餘的食物….
