Hotel in a great position if you visiting Apsley Marina for example. Free easy parking and room was nice and had en-suite shower room. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Only small minus was although breakfast included in price of booking it wasn’t nice! Sausages low quality and bacon although cooked well not crispy but rubbery. Croissant and toast nice enough as was coffee but not apple juice! Wouldn’t put me off staying again as staff very nice especially Isaam at reception who deserves a promotion! Try hotel definitely worth the money just not the breakfast!

We enjoy or hospitality and stay at the Holiday Inn in Hemel Hempstead. Staff were lovely and approachable and help us out with whatever we needed

Stayed here many times before. Car park can get a bit congested. Check in was easy as usual. Room a little hot, so slept with window open, woken up at 6am with bins being emptied. Breakfast good.

Had a great stay here! The room was clean, well-located, and had a friendly atmosphere. The staff were welcoming and helpful, and it was easy to meet other travellers from around the world. Great value for money and perfect for solo travellers. I would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay, very clean & comfortable hotel. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Apsley train station directly opposite the hotel, easy direct access to London city centre, lots of amenities, supermarkets & nice pubs nearby. Would definitely recommend & will be staying again for sure.

Good location with breakfast as standard. Room comes with desk, a kettle and tea/coffee. Heating wasn’t working so room got cold but when I reported it, someone came along quickly to fix it.

Overall great staff. However poor management as staff put under immense pressure due to lack of numbers. Breakfast selection poor as items run out.
