When I booked through here, I was assigned an accessible room... The hotel refused to change the room, and the waiter who looked like a Filipino had a very bad attitude.

Compared to other primier inns in small towns, this one is worth recommending. It is new overall, the room is not small, the breakfast is rich in variety, the room is warm, and there is a shopping street downstairs with many supermarkets.

Unfortunately wasn't a great stay at all people next door had TV extremely loud my husband and daughter went to ask staff if they could do anything was told no so everyone was as kept awake till early hours with a autistic child who doesn't sleep particularly well this wasn't good for us and left feeling very exhausted. Lift was out of order made it very difficult I have mobility issues had to use stairs once was very inconvenient. Restaurant staff very friendly in the morning but besides that we definitely didn't have a rested trip

My room is beautiful and very comfortable. Emily, Aireen, and Gemma are lovely staff. Food is hot and beautiful. I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel is your visiting Hemel. The carpark is next to the hotel and it is cheaper if you pay via your hotel booking.

We stayed here after visiting Drift Limits. It's in the heart of town. The decor is lovely and one of the best views I've ever had in a premier Inn both in room and restaurant. On the first day Emma was everywhere. At reception, behind the bar, serving in the restaurant. She is an asset to your company. I joked if anyone else actually worked there.

Great service and good food, the staff were excellent. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The parking link on the Email was not working properly though. The Riverside carpark is the best option for parking, as there is a direct link via the footbridge.

Over the last few months we've found ourselves using this Premier Inn almost monthly, while attending the Snow Centre just up the road. Our last visit was pretty awful it took us 3 trips to reception for them to provide us with a working key card to access our room, once in our room, it was BALTIC! I was absolutely exhausted, I really wanted a shower and to crawl into bed, turned the heating on but it only became a comfortable temperature at around 2am! I just got into bed, no shower and with all my clothes on, checking out at 6am. This time, we were back to usual service and had a great night, and of course, will be returning.
