good location. good and clean rooms. had some trouble with parking - all sort out by counter.

Suitable for business trip..the price not bad

The hotel rooms are comfortable and clean, and the front desk staff are friendly and professional. The hotel is close to a shopping mall, making shopping and dining very convenient. Moreover, there are parks and rivers nearby, creating a quiet and relaxing environment.

It's a nice place, but it's not very soundproof.

When I booked through here, I was assigned an accessible room... The hotel refused to change the room, and the waiter who looked like a Filipino had a very bad attitude.

Compared to other primier inns in small towns, this one is worth recommending. It is new overall, the room is not small, the breakfast is rich in variety, the room is warm, and there is a shopping street downstairs with many supermarkets.

It's OK. The room facilities are a bit old and the sanitary conditions are average.

Good external environment

Restaurant area didn't look as though it had been cleaned properly as food was on the floor from breakfast later on at dinner time and no one had sat there before and some tables needed wiping. But the staff are very helpful & really friendly. We asked to change rooms on arrival as there was a very strong horrible smell. Girl on reception was very efficient & immediately changed our room without a fuss. Would stay here again as the location is perfect. Loved the river running past & the park area in full bloom.

Stayed here as a family and overall had a lovely experience. The staff were amazing and really couldn’t do enough for us throughout our stay. The location was perfect too, very central to everywhere we needed to be. The only downsides were that the bathroom in Room 219 did have a slight smell of smoke or burning, although we didn’t report it at the time as we were already settled in. Also, with the extreme heat, the air conditioning could definitely do with improving as we could hardly feel it. Aside from those points, we had a great stay and really appreciated how welcoming and helpful the staff were.

We come here very often, and honestly, the staff are one of the main reasons we keep coming back. The location is great and the rooms are lovely, but it’s truly the people here who make the experience special. In particular, Tariq deserves the biggest recognition. He is always incredibly attentive, welcoming, and genuinely goes above and beyond for us every single time we stay. No matter what we need, he is always ready to help with such a positive attitude and makes us feel valued and cared for. He consistently puts in extra effort to ensure we have the best possible stay, and it never goes unnoticed. Staff like him are rare, and he really makes a huge difference to the overall experience. Ana and another manager with coloured hair are also both incredibly kind and friendly. They’re always happy to help and go out of their way to make everything smooth and comfortable. There’s also another staff member whose name I’m not sure of — a taller young British man — who always brings great energy, has lovely conversations, and makes us feel so welcome. Overall, the staff are amazing and always greet guests with warm smiles and positive attitudes.
