I wanted to thank the staff at Ibaia as they were so lovely with us during our stay. One day at breakfast they had run out of bacon, my children were disappointed but within less than 10 minutes they brought out a large bowl just for them. Also, a huge thank you to Barbara who is just the most wonderful receptionist. She made us feel so welcome. My children loved her so much. This was our second stay here in the residences. It’s beautiful since the renovations.

Parked on the street and went into reception to check out secure parking. Receptionist was friendly and chatty. Allocated room 209. Secure parking was easy, just drive in past reception to the garage, swipe your room card and the door opens. Easy access to the room via the lift. Perfect as we had our 2 dogs with us. The room was spotless and cosy with a lovely view of the harbour and pool. Very comfortable bed but tv is not a smart TV so couldn't screen share from my phone. Strange as the hotel has just been refurbished and everything is new. Wifi is free and good. Lovely hot rain shower and quality toiletries. Unfortunately the coffee machine didn't work. No bar or restaurant. They do serve breakfast but we didn't partake. £111 for the night including dogs and parking, very good value. Will stay again.

We were welcomed by friendly staff on the front desk who also were helpful during our stay. Our room was clean and comfortable with a view of the marina. They served a good buffet breakfast. The pool was very nice especially on a hot day There was parking underground. I really couldn't fault hotel Ibaia it was ideally situated and reasonable. Definitely recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. L'accueil a été très agréable, la chambre était parfaite, idem pour le petit déjeuner. Merci pour cette belle expérience hôtelière. Je recommande fortement !

les 2 seuls bémols : -Manque de réseau téléphonique dans la chambre -un petit peu plus e choix sur le salé pour le buffet u petit déjeuner le rendrait excellent (pour les non-amateur de chacuterie..)

Nous avons séjourné une semaine pour découvrir la région en formule résidence Quelle belle surprise ! Appartement rénové avec goût , très lumineux, très bien placé ( côte port, côté plage) literie au top Personnel très accueillant et a l’écoute Hors saison nous reviendrons ! Car parking de l’hôtel très cher
