"The service was outstanding all the way around! I would like to personally take the time to praise April for her over the top customer service, she went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible for myself and my handicapped man. Diria ( the host in the breakfast area) was also a very exceptional employee,she also went out of her way to make our stay great, she found a box for me to carry my handicapped man's breakfast in ,so I could carry it back up to the room for him. You should definitely keep both employees,as they are both over the top customer service friendly people. Thank you both for making our stay outstanding! Louann Archer and Steven Vaughn"
