環境很美，風景值了一半價錢。餐飲口味很棒，酒店設施及設計都過硬。酒店推薦的網約車司機服務也很好，沒有宰客，還很熱情周到。 服務完全不到位，感覺配不上酒店的品牌。衞生打掃會忘記，需要提醒。難道因為是一次性付款了房費，就不用打掃房間嗎？就算是續住清潔，也需要至少兩天換一次床品吧？餐飲提前做了預約，到餐廳依舊需要等候二十分鐘以上，既然是預約制的，應該有更好的安排方式。山上荒郊野外的，到達時間晚於晚上八點就沒有任何餐飲了，反覆要求才幫忙炒了個炒飯。作為這種級別的民宿，到了也沒有任何人做一下週邊景區介紹，更沒有主動介紹過民宿裏有沒有什麼自己組織的活動，住了三天，可以説比較失望。

西坡·橫峯延續了西坡一貫的優點，在景觀上酒店與自然環境融合得十分完美，同時又兼具自己的特色，將石頭元素貫穿始末，構成了一座綠野中的石頭莊園。 酒店的設施、餐飲、服務也很棒，尤其是管家豬豬姑娘，親切、細膩，令人如沐春風。假期返程正好是早班機，需要早上六點離店，豬豬清晨五點多就幫我們烤了餅乾、麪包，打包了咖啡，送我們啟程，太感動了，給這個假期畫上了完美句點。
